“This small business definitely provided WOW service at a very reasonable price.. We wrote up the first vol of our family history to give as a Christmas gift to our family. Editing of the 150 pg +/- document was down to the wire to be able to reach family around the US. The staff gave us clear guidance by phone, turned out a draft of our document in less than 24 hours & a final production of the 14 copies early enough the next day so that we could make the mail the Fri before Christmas. You might say "What's the big deal if you gave them an electronic file?" Well not everyone's software is compatible with other versions of software - which was potentially the case here. The staff did what they could to insure a clean conversion so that we were able to quickly scan and approve the final pass. This shop was not right around the corner for us as we live over the hill in Alamo. We'll definitely use this service again for Vol 2 of our family history.”
