Paul has been my mechanic for over 10 years. He is very honest, does great work, and is worth the wait (you need to schedule at least 4 weeks ahead).

I had my Acura RDX serviced about 2 weeks back. Paul was excellent in communications. The job was done to my satisfaction and at a very very reasonable charge. I highly recommend these guys for any Asian made vehicles.They unfortunately do not service German cars and I need someone as good as Paul for my BMW :-)

To reiterate what others have stated, this place is absolutely fantastic! We were told by the dealership service center that we needed over $7000 in immediate work, despite not having any issues whatsoever. Paul gave us a complete inspection, tune-up and oil-filter and lube for under $200. He is knowledgeable, honest and very skilled. It's nearly impossible getting a reliable and honest mechanic. But, bar-none, Paul is that decent and responsive man.

Paul is the best! Great service on my Honda CRV. Paul is super responsive, a straight shooter, and great communicator. I appreciate that he is running his shop on his own now, and is as helpful as if he had more people behind the scenes! Grateful to be able to lean on his guidance for servicing my car. Thanks Paul!

Paul got me In same day before a holiday for a critical check engine light and diagnosed the problem after dealer put me off for a week. Would have done work if he wasn't going away that same afternoon. Will use him again

Long time customer and every time I think I can't say enough about how truly great Paul is, he does yet another marvel...my wife had a key fob issue and after explaining he'd research the issue though explaining he didn't have the primary equipment for many cases, he called me back to confirm he'd need to recommend a colleague, Matt. He added that after I spoke with Matt, I should note I was a long time customer. And then he said to let Matt know he could call Paul directly to confirm all this. WOW. Such a Paul thing to do. End of story is that the key fob issue is now resolved and the legend of Paul only grows...thank you, Paul!

I took our 2019 Lexus to Paul based on all of the wonderful Yelp reviews. My experience was even better than I could have expected. Paul is so knowledgeable, friendly and offers top notch professional service at competitive prices. I'm hooked. All future Lexus service will be at Frank & Paul's.

I rolled into Frank & Paul's because I was lost looking for another shop. Paul saw me pull up and started a friendly conversation. Even though he didn't work on the type of car I was driving he took the time to help me diagnose my problem, gave me a recommendation of where I should go next and was a ton of fun to talk to. What a stellar guy! I was SO impressed with his support. I could tell he truly cares about what he does and is in the business of helping people. He really knows his stuff. If anyone has a Japanese car in need of repair, run, don't walk to this shop! I totally trust him, he helped me know he would not make any money.
