I highly recommend Brigeda Bank if you need a dicorce consulting attorney or mediator. Brigeda worked closely with me to consult and advise throughout my mediated divorce. Brigeda offered valuable and logical input so that I could make informed decisions and suggestions in mediation. She patiently explained complicated legal and or financial aspects of my situation so that I understood. It's invaluable to have someone like Brigeda supporting you to reach the best possible outcome while also being acceptable to all parties. Having Brigeda as my voice of reason/logic and compassion helped make my divorce process less stressful. Last, Brigeda was always responsive via email when I had questions or needed input on documents. She also made herself available to meet with me when needed, especially in tight timeframes.

Divorce is anything but a walk in the park, but through the distress, anxiety, and uncertainty around the process, Katie Fox, and her team at Fox & Bank, have done a phenomenal job in allaying any concerns or fears that I had, and helped run mediations between myself and my ex-spouse in a comfortable, fairly low-stress, and overall effective manner. Katie Fox is a consummate professional, and understands fully, the nuances around divorce, and the toll it can take on both partners, and their families. I felt heard and understood, and for that, I am extremely appreciative and grateful of her.

Divorce is hard enough, even if it goes smoothly. My ex and I hired Katie Fox to take us through mediation, my hoping that we could get through it quickly with professional help and arrive at a fair solution for both of us. What resulted was my ex dragging her feet, getting more angry, confrontational, retaliatory and passive aggressive as the process went on. Katie Fox our mediator did nothing to actually mediate between us, allowed my ex to delay months and after a year and $10k, we had absolutely nothing to show for the time and money except a filing of divorce which I could have easily done for basically free at the courthouse. When I started to question and express dissatisfaction at how slow the process was and how little we had accomplished, Katie Fox got combative and fired us as clients, after taking out money for sending a few emails and accomplishing nothing. Please do yourself a favor and find a different mediator, there are many out there and this form showed me they are absolutely not reliable or trustworthy.

Brigeda Bank represented me in my divorce and I was absolutely satisfied with her work. My divorce was extremely complicated, emotionally challenging, and heartbreaking. Brigeda brought me peace and as much of a successful conclusion as I could expect. I would highly recommend Brigeda to anyone.

This is the firm you want your ex to hire. My ex-wife hired them and I'm a lot better off as a result. I'm fortunate to have had a great lawyer. But we got a strong assist thanks to Fox and Bank shooting themselves in the foot. (Really, they shot my ex-wife in the foot because as long as they get billable hours, Fox and Bank wins, regardless of the outcome of the case.) It was quite distressing to see a Request for Order (RFO) chock full of lies and outrageous demands. Until that point I had represented myself to minimize confrontation and cost, but I really didn't know how to deal with such a pile of BS, so ended up having to hire an attorney myself. No one deserves the crap this firm pulled. But in the end it worked out for the best for me. The claims were so demonstrably false and the demands so overreaching that the judge was clearly unhappy and my ex-wife got her buttock handed to her in court. Even accounting for my attorney fees, in the end I got a better outcome than if my ex had cooperated with me rather than choosing aggression and confrontation.

Please stay away from them. They will drop you when the case becomes challenging and you will have to start all over after having spent tens of thousands with them. They don't think twice about it . No empathy for the client.
