A great little shop to help you find the right shoe! When I came in I knew I wanted a Hoka shoe but wasn't sure which style or size would be best for me. No worries though! Scott helped me find the perfect fit! He helped me try on a couple different styles and sizes. Going over each style and what they offer. He was very knowledgable which came in handy when I was weighing which shoe to get. We ended up choosing the Hoka Bondi 8 as the best shoe for me! My feet are nice and supported and fit great!

I had the pleasure of spending time and purchasing two pairs of shoes from Footwear Etc. in Walnut Creek. I highly recommend this store for their selection of shoes and most importantly of all for the level of skill and knowledge the people working there bring to the customer. I cannot say enough about Cecilia who spent a few hours with me, and everyone else I interacted with at this store. A friend who accompanied me and I marveled at the level of customer service and expertise found at this store.

This is Scott. Scott is a very patient man. Scott knows his inventory. Scott has a sense of humor. He fitted me for a pair of sneakers when no one else was able to. First time in 7 months I have closed shoes on my feet. I am forever grateful.

I went to the running store in Danville three times to find a pair of shoes that worked for me. Each time I had a different salesperson and was shown a different set of shoes that would work for me. I went to Footwear and had a very knowledgeable salesperson (Scott?) who showed me shoes that I was not shown in Danville and that worked much better. I highly recommend this store.

Today (July 3) was a very busy day at Footwear. I thought people would be gone on vacation but they all came to buy shoes! I arrived before most of the crowd, and Scott was the one to help me. I'm extremely difficult to fit; I was at this store quite a few years ago and walked out without anything. But as Scott learned more and more about what my feet needed, he came up with shoes that worked. As the store got busier and busier, he stayed calm and helped others as well (there were at least two other people working there as well). I was very impressed with how he handled all the people. And impressed that he found me shoes that worked for my feet!

I took my mother in to buy a pair of casual sandals an older man associate was so rude, first of all he put on gloves, then showed us two pairs of sandals and insisted there was nothing else to try on.. I found several pairs of sandals he insisted they would not work after several minutes when we didn't want the pair he recommended he got up and walked into the back room and never returned... so unprofessional and rude. Hoping he doesn't treat all the elderly that way!!

I made an appointment through their general number and I don't know what time zone the person was in with all the remote work these days, but they scheduled me for the fitting of a walking boot at 7:30am PST. at their Walnut Creek, Ca store which I accepted and then cancelled another business phone appointment I had at that time, took time off work to get to the store to find that it doesn't open until 9:30am. I waited 15 minutes thinking that they might do fittings earlier than store hours but no one showed up. I called the company after 8am at the general number but all I got was their answering service ( not a recorded line but a person). They said the office I was sent to opened at 8am but I called the direct line to the store and it says it opens at 9:30am as posted on the door. Doesn't sound like anyone is properly informed at this company. I am calling my pediatrist to get the name of another company. I won't use this one.

I was on the hunt for Hoka shoes for my new job, and saw my size was in stock! Today was my first visit to this store, and I definitely didn't leave disappointed. The staff were really nice and even educated me on the importance of having sturdy structured shoes! Not only did I leave with the Hokas, but also with some newfound knowledge and tips as well. Will definitely be back !!!

This has always been the place I shop for shoes. Jose is the best salesman in the store. He is super knowledgeable, personable and perceptive. I am grateful this store is in the area.

Today was my second visit and I bought another two pairs of shoes (boots this time); the first purchase was 2 pairs of tennis shoes. I've never had "foot" issues and have developed plantar fasciitis something fierce in my left foot... UGH! I was referred to this store and I am so grateful to have come in as the staff was awesome, so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable! The customer service was superior start to finish and great options for for footwear. Let's be honest, when you have to get "comfortable" shoes they're not always the best looking, but I walked out extremely happy with fashionable shoes at both visits! It's rare nowadays to find such personal service and care, but it is very much available here!
