I love living here, and as we all know, the management company employees can make all the difference -- here they do! Matt is the best apartment community manager I have had in my life. He really goes above and beyond to help, is efficient and professional, and you can tell he really loves his job. He's the best! I hope to stay at Flora longterm, it is really a wonderful place to live.

My partner and I have been living at Flora for about 4 months now and our experience has been nothing but positive. The team is very kind and helpful. When we’ve needed support they have been responsive and attentive. They also do events now and then and are so thoughtful! We’re very pleased with the amenities provided at Flora and are happy to be part of the community!

Living at Flora has been such a great experience. The gated community offers a sense of security, the staff is so attentive and gracious and the amenities are great! The units are spacious and renovated, it's very quiet and serene, and neighbors are friendly. Love the tree lined grounds and the fact the entire complex is super pet friendly.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience thus far, especially with both Matt and Serena. They have been beyond helpful, reliable, kind, informative, and have welcomed me in the warmest way. They have gone above and beyond, which made my moving in process so seamless and smooth. Additionally, Joe has been really on top of all my maintenance requests and very kind and punctual as well. The entire Flora team is amazing! Also, I have to add that Matt is SO prompt when responding back to emails- it's great! I'm a very particular person with lots of questions and I'd highly recommend this complex. Thank you so much, Serena & Matt?

My family has been living this lovely place in the past 5 years until recently. It's quite and safe. Mostly, the management team was very responsible and their replies to any of our issues/problems were always prompt and helpful. It's really a nice place where we enjoyed very much!

We wanted to say thank you to Matt for being the best apartment manager we have ever had. You are on top of everything that we have ever brought up to you and you really go above and beyond for the tenants and keeping Flora up to date. Joe you are so great as well! Always on it with anything that ever needs fixing, so kind and always so helpful. Serena you are also great! whatever you need she will take the steps to fix, or get something done. Flora has a great team and is an all around great place!Thank you team Flora!

We have been living at Flora for about 6 months and it has been great! Matt and the whole team are kind and responsive. The courtyard is always clean, there are great amenities for our two pups (dog park and washing station), its in a quiet residential area, and there is barely any “apartment noise”, even living on the bottom level. Overall, we love living here!

We recently moved in, and it has been such a wonderful transition. Not only is the location beautiful and surrounded by giant trees in a quiet neighborhood, it is also just such a friendly environment to be in. It started with the office staff being welcoming and checking in during our move. After we settled in we were “warned” that everyone is friendly, and they were not wrong. Every neighbor is quick to say hello and introduce themselves, which is rare these days! Also, we appreciate how dog friendly the complex is. We love the dark park, dog wash, and how the entire complex was basically built around the idea of having you and your dog feel welcome and comfortable. We are so happy to have found Flora!

We moved in this past week and our little conure, Rosie, accidentally escaped on her 2nd night here! I didn't realize I had left her cage opened in the bedroom and I opened the door and she flew out of the room and took a sharp right and went out the front door as my husband was coming in!We were so upset and I felt terrible bc she was due for me to clip her wings and we got so busy with the move, that I neglected that.We were so upset and went searching for her, calling her, walking around the entire neighborhood, brought her husband Tony out in his cage so that he could call for her, and nothing. We actually got the chance to meet lots of new, nice, friendly neighbors around the neighborhood, and soon had some of them volunteer to help look for Rosie.We didn't find her and the following day we resumed our search when we both arrived home from work. A neighbor told us that he had spotted her around noon that day, but wasn't able to catch her. So, we had hopes that she was near....but after searching again a second night, we came home empty handed. We also brought our parrot, Lola, to help in the search, and he was calling out "hello"!?!? to her wherever we took him to help look ...On the 3rd night we were sad and thought it was a done deal, and realized she was probably gone... I happened to see our manager walking out to her car to go home for the evening, and she asked how I was and I told her I was sort of looking for my little birdie who got out, but that I probably had lost her forever...and she said, "That was your bird! We have your bird!". I thought she was confused bc the neighbor who had spotted her had told us that he called the office where we live to tell them he had spotted a pet bird but she didn't know anyone had been looking bc we hadn't had a chance to tell her. I explained that I already knew that a neighbor had spotted her but couldn't get her. She then explained that she was talking about the fact that the day before, our maintenance man, Sam, who is a bird dad himself, saw her and got a ladder and coaxed her down. She pulled out her phone and showed me a picture of Rosie sitting on a perch in a cage with his 2 other birds!I couldn't believe it and she texted him right then, he called me within two minutes, and he jumped in his truck and drove over here with Rosie wrapped in a towel! I told him that he made my day!!!Though we just moved in, and have not had a lot of maintenance requests yet, we feel very lucky to live in a place that is super dog and other animal friendly! We are so thankful to Sam for taking the time to notice Rosie, grab a ladder, coax her down, and then bring her into his home and caring for her for 2 days! This is above and beyond his duties as a maintenance person at our property. Thank you Sam and Sabrina for getting the message to us!!!! We truly appreciate it.Robin and Dan Pizza

I've loved living here, and highly recommend Flora if you're looking for a great place to live! It's a very nice building, and great people work here. Matt and Joseph do a fantastic job keeping the building and the grounds beautiful, and planning thoughtful upgrades like the new mailboxes we got recently. I feel extremely safe here. The shared spaces are always clean, and there is a nice pool and a beautiful landscaped courtyard that I love. The building is on a peaceful residential street, and the first floor patios are so spacious (I've added a photo)!Matt and Joseph have been exceptional to work with, and have really made Flora a special place to call home. Both of them truly care about the residents, and their professionalism makes Flora stand out as a great place to live. Matt is very approachable, friendly and helpful. He has repeatedly gone above and beyond the call of duty to make our experience at Flora great, for which I'm so grateful. He made the move-in process so easy and seamless, and he throws really nice community events. We transferred units a few months ago, and he made that process seamless as well. And maintenance is always stellar, which is a huge perk to living here! Joseph is very quick to respond to any maintenance requests. He is quite knowledgeable, friendly, and always thoroughly explains everything. He has helped us so much, and we really appreciate him.

If you're looking for a fantastic place to live, look no further than the Flora Apartments! One of the best things about Flora is that it is incredibly dog-friendly. There is a spacious fenced-in dog run, giving your furry friend plenty of room to play and get exercise. Additionally, the building offers gated off-street parking, which is a rare and valuable amenity in many neighborhoods. Even better, there are EV charging stations, so you can charge your electric vehicle conveniently and easily.The Flora staff are exceptionally friendly and always go above and beyond to make their residents feel welcome. They often do nice things around holidays, which is a great touch that makes you feel like you're part of a real community. It's these little gestures that make living in this building feel like a true home.Finally, the neighbors in this building are incredibly quiet and respectful, which is a refreshing change from the noise and chaos of some other buildings. All in all, Flora is a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

If you're trying to decide between Flora and another option-- Choose Flora! The team at Flora go above and beyond! Management is kind, quick, reliable, and everything else you want in property management. We cannot say enough great things about them! If there's something that needs fixing or you just need a smile, maintenance is on it! The community area is fantastic. Between the greenery, walking paths, pool, grilling area, and funny squirrels roaming around-- it's such a wonderful place to spend your time.It's in safe and cute neighborhood that's SO close to downtown.Laundry on-site & an app that makes it easy.A trash service that makes doing chores a breeze.The most animal friendly environment! (Our dog loves the gated dog area and we love the dog washing station!) A custom painted wall to make home feel even more like home! The people who live here are friendly and welcoming! It's what makes this community even more enjoyable. My partner and I are over the moon that we get to call Flora home.

Just moved in and my partner and I feel so at home here. From the get go, Matt and Serena were incredibly kind, professional and welcoming. It is so appreciated. Matt really went above and beyond with helping us with the fine details of moving and was excellent at communication with my partner and I. This was a last minute move for us and the assistance we had made a very lasting impact on our little family. We could not be more grateful. Maintenance is prompt, responsive and very kind. The unit was clean and utilizes the space very well. The neighbors here have been very pleasant as well, not to mention all the dog accommodations! Our dog is jazzed. The laundry facility is set up very well as well as the parking areas and front gate. The neighborhood is super safe too. We are happy to be part of this community and value this little ecosystem of good people. Thank you, Flora!
