Great time celebrating an engagement celebration. I added it in the notes but no one acknowledged it. This location was very nice and clean. Most of the staff was friendly, it's very quiet most people selected outdoors but they should play light music to set a better lounge experience. I booked the Sunday brunch but the menu options didn't sound appealing so we opted for fries and beignets. Overall it was nice for a drinks only.

I purchased the date night package for four people, but apparently Open Table only charged me for two of us. The wait staff and management were not helpful in getting the error (which was not my fault) corrected. It was more than a half hour before they finally acknowledged the error and charged us for the other two people. They awkwardly served two of us while leaving the other two with an empty table. The staff repeatedly treated us a bother and did nothing to try to improve our experience. Mo one talked about the wines they were serving us. The lighting is too bright and the ambiance is more airport lounge than cozy wine bar. We won't come back.

Went here for my partners birthday and we had an amazing time. The wait staff was very attentive and engaging in conversation. We did the sabering and it was a great experience! Highly recommend the saber experience. My partner signed up to be a member so we will be back.

I was really excited to try Fizz- bringing Napa to WC, great idea. Upon arrival, I couldn't believe how humid the restaurant was. We ended up moving our seat outside because we couldn't handle the heat. The service was great however, we were really disappointed with the charcuterie board. Most of us look forward to charcuterie board with Wine and/or champagne. There board was nothing to be excited about! We did enjoy the duck fat french fries. The overall ambience need something, plants something to warm it up. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.

My first visit here was amazing, the manager was very knowledgeable and had plenty of recommendations and pairings. This time around our server couldn't sufficiently make recommendations, tasting notes, etc. while very kind and sweet - I wouldn't say she elevated the experience or felt like we were in a speciality spot.

We have been here multiple time since they first opened and every time it's a great experience. Definitely more and more people have found this place since it is busier each time we come. The last 2-3 times we have been on the patio which is complety shaded and cool even on the Walnut Creek heat. Usually a few cute dogs. The champs and other sparkling selections along with still wines is totally adequate. I know it's a fizz place but a couple more reds by the glass would be nice, not talking Pinots. They have some sort of membership also. Surprisingly for Walnut Creek they only have 2 Chards, which I don't like at all, but all'z yall'z know what I mean, it's the WC. My favorite is the red blend and a couple of dirt dry sparklings. My partner goes for ones a little sweeter. A great way to to get a taste of what's available is to try one or more of the flights. Almost forgot, they have food also. Oysters and a selection of small plates. We have been to a few champs/wine bars and this is up there.

Been waiting 2 years for the Fizz opening. Obviously very impressive stock of bubbles and pricy. The place is tiny. Small patio out front with zero appeal. Maybe the place needs table cloths. I like my Dom served a bit more classy than sitting at a glorified pick nick table. So, fries are $16. Yes they are duck fat fries but $16 is a bit outrageous. Compline restaurant and wine shop in downtown Napa has the very best duck fat fries for $12. They are fries for goodness sakes, not something hard to grow. So, cheapest glass of bubbles $14 and goes up to the ridiculous and beyond. 2 glasses of brut $28 and add fries $16 = $44 plus tax and tip. I think I will be spending my $55 on better things than an order of fries and cheap bubbly in a not so cramped store front. Just image the tab if you dared to order two glasses of a medium grade of bubbles? $125 plus easy for two glasses and fries. Dare to order a grilled ham and cheese for $26. The place did not Fizz, it was a fizzled out expensive experience.

The rose wine tasting and the tomato & burrata dish were both excellent. The service was also friendly. Unfortunately, the ambiance is a miss. We sat outside because the inside temperature was oddly freezing. However, once we were outside, we realized that we were being blasted with bizarrely loud dance music. Whatever music channel they have picked does NOT work with the vibe. We eventually asked them if they could turn down the volume, which they very kindly did (and the table sitting next to us thanked us for). It's a shame because the decor *looks* beautiful both inside and outside, but they have some work to do to make it *feel* inviting. I will absolutely try this place again soon and update my review if they have improved the experience.

Very cute new bubbles/wine bar in Walnut Creek! My partner and I have been in on a couple of occasions, and have enjoyed ourselves. They have a variety of bubbles, wines, as well as small plates! If I'm drinking wine, I usually need to have food with it, so wine bars that also serve food will get my (repeat) business. Plenty of indoor as well as outdoor seating. Service is friendly. We'll be back again soon. Cheers!

Great concept ,shaky execution. It is too crowded, too loud and you just don't get a lot of bang for your buck. Unless you sit at the bar servers are just stretched too thin and it's too cramped of a space. If I'm spending that kind of big bucks, I need elevation of conditions. I would like to visit this place again down the road and hopes that they have these issues dialed in, but for now, I will wait for the crowds to die down or they move to a bigger facility

Order the fries and oysters! Hands down, these were the best fries of my life! Champagne was also amazing! A+ service!

Extremely insolent "welcoming" upon entering, demanding to know whether you are a "member" or not. Their version of hospitality negative as walk-ins are grilled with an insanely rude rote boiler-room script and presumably qualified to deserve service. Annoying upsell attitude for EVERY request, either nagging to join the wine club and insulting rejoinders reminding you if you are not. WiFi password? Sorry, reserved for members only, which you are not, obviously, if you have to ask. Sneers gratis. This is a silly, pretentious mail order wine club masquerading as a public restaurant. Maybe the gimmicky business plan works in Sacramento, not to knock Sacramento, but Walnut Creek has plenty of options for genuine hospitality. Fizz is not one of them.

We were so excited try out Fizz after waiting for months. We had a flight of wine and decided to get a glass after picking our fav from the flight. Minutes later we had ( the manager?) try to hard sell us a membership, not once but 3 times. In the interim we were also promised a taste of a different champagne and when we asked for that he replied that if we joined he would let us taste whatever we wanted. We then received our bill and the glass of champagne we ordered post flight was $36 !!! Don't get us wrong it was a special occasion and we love our champs but that is a ridiculous price and the pour was small.

Fun place to celebrate! I learned a lot about Champaign and sparkling wine. Great atmosphere and the service was great!

I had a really good time my first visit to Fizz. The atmosphere was trendy and upbeat, staff were really friendly and the champagne options were great! I also appreciate that they have a small food menu as well. It was a bit pricey for the amount of food/drink ordered, but overall a great experience.
