First Citizens Bank provides a great experience for both personal and business banking. The staff is wonderful, going above and beyond to offer outstanding customer service. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful team, especially at the Walnut Creek branch. Even without an appointment, they receive immediate assistance. The new branch location is also notable for being nice to visit. The bank operates Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with a lunch break from 12 pm to 1 pm.

Non-competitive interest rates, nickel and dime fees, inept customer service. They gave me an incorrect 1099. I immediately notified them that I needed a corrected one. Took them nearly one month to get corrected 1099 to me. Just days before I had to file my tax return.

John and Vanessa are amazing. We travelled from San Jose without any appointment, and they were able to help us immediately. Overall, I would highly recommend this branch to everyone.
