I was in need of a printshop to print my daughter baby shower invites. The staff was extremely helpful, and I waited while they printed and cut them. They had a nice selection of colored envelopes to choose from. I will definitely recommend them and use them for all my printing needs.

This fedex is huge! The parking and location is a little weird but customer service has been great and they are very fast to help ship out your packages or returns.

I arrived at FedEx at 4:45pm with a timely sensitive, medical device that had to be overnighted. The last departure time is at 5 as I go to attempt drop off this package I am told that the truck left already and when I asked why when it's not 5 yet, the man told me the truck left early because of Labor Day. That made absolutely no sense to me. As I was in the middle of speaking to the gentleman, the lady that was there as well cut me off and told me to have a nice a day. This is unacceptable.

Amazon's system is much better. FedEx took several days longer than promised and can't tell you when to expect something. They keep moving the date around. There is no way to have them deliver to one of their own locations when you plaxe an order -- you have to wait for the package to be on the road before you can redirect it for what they call a "vacation hold".My box was damaged, so not only were they unable to deliver it on schedule, they seem to have kicked it around a bit too. The whole process was unpleasant, unprofessional, unpredictable and will not be repeated anytime soon.

It's important to note. Tony (an employee of the Fed Ex in Walnut Creek) somehow found out my employer and wrote a false review about me on my company's Yelp page. (He must've seen a document I was faxing, there's really no other way he should or could know this without somehow violating my privacy). Then when I notified his manager about his behavior, they refused to even discuss the matter with me. Only after an executive from my company walked into this FedEx and discussed legal action did the local manager of this location ask Tony to remove his slander and false review. Why he didn't do it when I asked and explained the situation in detail is besides me. Just terrible leadership and unprofessional from everyone at FedEx involved with this matter.

Representatives acted as if I was a bother. I came in to print out 200+ pages from my G Dive and the service providers were unwilling to help and find a solution in helping me print my docs. I ended up leaving to go to UPS.

Small parking lot, but most of the spots are reserved for FedEx customers anyway.Came in to drop off a package. There were only 2 employees covering the desk with another 2 in the back that probably could have helped alleviate the wait, but whatever.Pretty large interior with supplies and printing needs. Other customers were using the paper cutters and copiers as well.I was in and out in about 5 minutes on a weekday. No complaints on my end.

What a beautiful shop. Spacious, well laid out,...including self serve packing tables, printers, computers, etc....all spotless.Had the privilege of being helped by Mr. Tony today... (exceptional customer service!!!)..Very helpful..as I went between packing area and asking for help. He helped me get the right size boxes and pack in the best way for the bulky items I had. Next, my visit was completed by Mrs. Davettea (please forgive my spelling). Another helpful employee doing a great job for the company. Thank you both for your assistance today. Fedex is pricey, but they appear to be hiring helpful staff. Much appreciated,Sharine
