Its a store. It's nice to not be bothered by people, I guess that where I differ from the other reviews. If I need help I've just gone up to someone and when it's my turn they help me. Idk, I guess I don't need someone waiting on my every move. It's nice to just get what I need and get out without some fake customer focused courtesy.

This store has amazing deals! You can sign up for their membership club so that you have even better deals.I visited the International Market Place location. Ian was super helpful!The other associates are also helpful and assisted me with finding the sizes that I needed. If you like something, but it may not be available in the store or don't have your size, they will order it for you.Great selection of items for both men and women.

There was only two costumer representatives attending other costumers. Wait lot to just try to make a question. Never greet or telling me I would be attended later. After waiting several minutes for assistance I just gave up.

I was disappointed with the customer service. This was my first time in this location, was not even greeted by the staff that was behind the counter. I was pretty excited coming in, I turned around and saw male pants and asked is that the Fabletics scrubs. I heard the male staff behind the counter mumble without even looking up to acknowledge me.I proceeded to go to the back to look further in the store, another female staff came out of the back room and did not acknowledge me as a customer.There are other activewear stores in the area ALO and Lulu Lemon, there are a lot competition. If Fabletics wants business, they have to overhaul the who crew.

Employees are informative but one of them during my visit seem to be very rude upon attempting to assist another customer. It almost sounded as the customers were being berated. I understand there are resources on fabletics website to assist with membership cancellations however as an employee, I would expect some form of eagerness to assist or at least with providing the simplest way to cancel which is just to simply say to call the customer service phone number. Write the number for the customer, suggest what to request, make their lives easier because not everyone is tech friendly. For the record, she was quite rude to me as well.

Came here on Monday afternoon and it was an amazing experience! I've tried understanding their membership through their website and just could not figure it out, but the sales associate who I didn't get her name was very helpful! It's well worth signing up for the membership. You get exclusive releases and huge discounts!

Wow! I came to this new location today amazing. Ronnie helped me out she's so sweet and of course I was there for 45 minutes and couldn't stop buying clothes lol. Can't wait to buy more.

Had the most amazing morning at the Fabletics opening. It started out with an amazing workout with Dana Grey, coffee and pastries, a chakra massage, and the best part of all SHOPPING from my favorite brand FABLETICS! The staff was fantastic, friendly, helpful, positive and never flustered by the large crowd. The store was always clean and organized. They had a great selection of styles, sizes and colors. Something for everyone no matter your size.Thank you Walnut Creek Fabletics Staff!
