I drive over 35 miles (each way) to get my cars serviced by Carlos. He was referred to me by a family member. It's hard to find someone trustworthy. Carlos is knowledgeable, not pushy, and charges reasonable prices for same if not better work compared to a dealership.

Remarkable Experience! I was only in the area for a week and brought my SQ5 Audi here to have the timing chain inspected. Carlos took the extra time to do all of the diagnostic tests and provide a detailed review of the vehicle. Bottom line, he got me in as a new client, took time to listen and respond to my concerns, communicated with direct and well priced solutions and GREATLY improved the condition and safety of my car. Car issues are always stressful, you can relax and trust this shop. Can't thank you enough Carlos!

Brought my daughters 2016 Audi A3 in for fuel tank issues which prohibited fuel from entering the tank. Carlos performed an initial inspection and determined the valve inside the gas tank would need to be replaced. Carlos confirmed there was an extended warranty offered from Audi to replace the tank.he called the dealer in Concord and confirmed!! we took the vehicle to the dealer and they replaced the fuel tank under warranty! Thank you Carlos for your honesty and attention to detail. If you are looking for a trustworthy and top notch European car shop this is the place!

I don’t recommend working on an older Mercedes youtlrself unless you really know what you’re doing. Mine is a 1978 300 D Carlos is very Mercedes’ savy and has always done a wonderful job for me and his prices are fair.Services: Auto power window repair

The first time I tried European Auto repair was last week. I had some issues with my VW, leaking brakes and caliber. I dropped the car at night and called Carlos the next morning, he's very responsive and honest person which is very rare. He takes diagnoses step by step and willing to use the same parts if it's in a good condition or replace them if not. He got my car done same day, changed desks, calibers, flush brake fluid and brake pads. Everything was great from customer service to getting the car fixed. By the way he tells you everything he finds when he's working on your car, also don't forget the Yelp first timer coupon $60

Carmax was no longer taking repairs. So they sent me a suggestion list of other automotive repair shops. I called a few shops but Carlos the owner was friendly and he called me back after taking my cars info. A lot of the other mechanics never called me back.Anyhow Carlos and his team are the . Friendly, Covid friendly,(They put plastic over my seat and stirring wheel which I truly appreciate) It's the details for me. Also they cleaned my window as a courtesy Thank you for replacing my breaks and everything else that may have gone unnoticed.
