Rude customer service I stopped by with my family to grab some drinks and they only have small baskets I gathered all my drinks to the counter and when I was ready to check out the lady behind the counter told me that I have to move everything to the next cashier she was rude about it I asked for bags for my 12 bottles of water and sodas and she said we don't have bags and turned around. The guy was filling the deli food ended up offering me a broken box he left it on the counter and didn't even say anything or offer to box my drinks. Just want to share my experience with the workers and let the owners know that they hired the wrong people

Clean, courteous staff. Good gas prices! Convenient location and usually has a pump available.

this Chevron station is the busiest and biggest location i've seen. gas pumps aplenty. many parking spaces on the lot. lots of merch inside, including beers. lots of patrons too. line forms quickly. brew: "central american blend" (m. 1.89) -just ok, nothing bold, smooth and blandish -better sticking with single country beans for more distinct notes.

Nice market, they have a bathroom & take your Safeway card for the gas discount. They also have a great location. I stopped going here because they stopped loading the receipt paper making you GO INSIDE TO GET A RECEIPT. At first, I thought it was just out of paper, but soon realized it never had paper. If you need a receipt like me, you can end up waiting 10 mins. in the line easy. During the pandemic, I noticed they always had receipt paper. People were still driving & getting gas. This told me it was a choice. They just weren't keeping it filled. Numbers are getting better &, low & behold, again no paper. 7 mins. I waited in line for a receipt. When you complain, they act like they have no idea what you're talking about. It's simple: keep the receipt paper filled like we keep our gas tanks. In summation: unless you're have some time on your hands, if you're need a receipt, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. They're prices are way high to have to take extra time just to get a copy of how much gas you put in your tank.

Absolutely amazing business. I had a slow leak in my tire and my light came on and I pulled in and this really nice guy working on another car stopped what he was doing and checked all my tires and added air. Soooo nice

Worst gas station I've been to in a long time.. I walk in with a $100 bill in the middle of afternoon to get $30 of gas and $40 in lottery tickets. The girl behind the counter ask "cash or card" after I ask for the gas, I show the $100 and I immediately get "I don't have enough to cash that" which I immediately countered with, "well, $30 in gas and if you let me finish I was going to get a bunch of lottery tickets", before I can even finish my sentence she quickly and rudely interrupted with "I have no $20's", to which I told her to f*** off. I believe this was a very normal response to her rude abrupt unprofessional shitty excuse of a gas attendant cashier attitude and major lack of customer service. Walked out after that and I promise to never return. I'm sure the owner will enjoy reading how he just lost nearly an $80 sale as well as future sales, and gained a very accurate review of his crappy gas station. What business has NO $20's in the middle of the afternoon on a weekend?????? The service has always been shitty at this location but I've chosen to ignore it until now. The entire staff needs to be retrained on customer service. Do yourselves a favor, pass on this gas station and go the shell instead. Gas is cheaper, and attendants are actually much nicer. If I could have given a negative number of stars I would have.

Two young girls, myself and my friend, had a flat tire and pulled into this Chevron in Walnut Creek/Concord. I thought that being near a gas station with a flat tire couldn't have been a better place to fix a flat. However I walked in to ask the manager if there was some way if I could get help. There's more than one person working there some of which are men inside. The female African American manager told me to go call a tow and ridiculed me for not having some type of insurance to pick up my car. Keep this in mind, it's not too difficult to change a tire. It should take 10 minutes tops. I'm small and just needed someone to help loosen the lug nuts for me. And what's most sad about this situation is that every man who was there did not offer to help so we waited for about an hour. Luckily one gentleman finally decided to help us after an hour. If it were not for him we probably would have been stuck for 3 hours! I will refuse to ever get gas at this overpriced station where there was no care for two young teenagers clearly stranded in the middle of the gas station. Thank you to the gentleman who cared enough to ask if we were okay.

The service is just outrageous. The red head guy at the register spent 5min chatting and saying goodby to his friends while we were standing right in front of him waiting to pay for our 6pack. I'm not usually irritated by this kind of behavior but today was a very important game and we took the time during halftime to come here for some refreshments.. we did no expect it would take this long. After he finally decides to focus his attention to us he wants to scan our ID's. I've lived in California for 4 years now but haven't had the time to get a driving's license so the only ID i own is a passports and a greencard also I'm in my thirties. I've never had an issue until now. This person refused to sell us drinks simply because he couldn't scan a greencard or passport which is completely absurd. I don't know if this was a failure with their policy or his lack of empathy, but either way I felt discriminated against and am really disappointed in the quality of service here.
