Don has been a great resource through our audit. He was with us every step of the way, and successfully communicated with the IRS. We didn't owe what they said we did, and as a matter of fact, Don was able to get us our refund. We couldn't do it without him!!!

Complete scam. Met with the guy 4 weeks ago. Emailed him every week since. Called him all last week. Answer was always: " you return will be ready next week ". Called again two days ago. His answer ? " I think you called the wrong number. Have we ever met ? ". Yes we have. In fact you even already have my deposit. Return is not done. The draft he sent by email has mistakes even I, not a CPA, can spot. He also added " I am missing X and X documents " except I have sent those by emails (dates and times available upon request .... the beauty of emails. You can't say " oh i did not get that "). He must have spent 5 minutes to rush his draft. Taxes due in 3 days. Thanks for nothing, don. Bottom line even at HR block you d get better, faster, and cheaper service. I thought HR block was bad .... well Don introduced me to a whole new standard. **** my wife was in touch with him weekly. For a month. I called because taxes were due three days later and no news from the scam. Also apparently you have to be born in America to get service. Been here for 10 years ... just saying. Problem is not the refund of what was charged. That's human decency. Problem is not being able to file on time. I don't pay money to have someone who clearly lacks organization botch my return and do it it 5 minutes without discussing w us. There are cheaper options for that. **** oh and all the voicemails my wife left that were ignored .... she is America born and raised so no accent there. And emails ... well there s no accent in those. It's plain text. Depends on how you read them maybe. **** And as stated above if you had not receive the email (oldest excuse in the book) how come when talking to my wife FOR A MONTH the answer was always " next week it will be ready!"? Just say " hey i can't seem to figure out this email thing can you help me? ".
