the store has moved and is no longer in the walnut creek location. it would be good for the store to update it's location as i went by there yesterday. It's a great store!!

We love our new carpet from Diablo Flooring. Roy Sanger displayed a lot of patience and explained the difference between brands, quality, and pricing. They have a great selection and Roy worked with us to get the best quality for the price. The whole team was fantastic from start to finish. Installation was installed earlier than the scheduled time frame. We used Diablo Flooring to replace our stair carpet and are incredibly pleased with the outcome. From the beginning of the process Roy was quick to give me the quote and then quick to find a date for installation. The workers who did the installation were incredibly courteous and did a beautiful job. Couldn't be happier!

These guys are the BEST! From Roy in the showroom to the installers they are a class act. Polite, helpful, and excellent work. If you are looking to redo your floors definitely call them as the selection and final product will not disappoint.

Would give zero. I went looking for a quote on material. Bought a new house and want to totally redo floors, I went to see what I wanted hoping someone would help me but boy was I wrong. I had to give someone the side eye before they would hop out of their seat to try to secure a sale. When I chose a material I was told I would be sent a quote on material I had my measurements and told them how much I need. Never received a quote. Horrible horrible customer service

Roy and his install team at Diablo Flooring did an excellent job with a very quick install of our DuChateau wood floors. In less than 2 weeks we have a beautiful new floor.

Incredible customer service, I have never been so happy with a home improvement project, the whole experience from getting the quote from Roy to the completion of work exceeded my expectations. The guys did a great job with the install and even finished it one day! We will definitely be reaching out again in a few years when do new carpet upstairs. The kind of customer service these guys provide is rare these days!

They did an absolutely amazing job. I had 3 different flooring types for my house, and all of them look fantastic. They were very efficient and finished the job exactly when they estimated they would. It's amazing what great flooring can do for a house.

Unacceptable customer service, they old guy acted very annoyed, and like he's doing me a huge favor answering my questions, with specific final quote being: "I'm not gonna do it". This was in response to showing the photo of my living room stair case. Giving no explanations as to why , and what are my options.. Good luck selling anything with this attitude..

We had selected and place an initial down payment on new Pro Tek flooring for our kitchen/family room in mid-February with Diablo Flooring. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to postpone installation until June 1st. Brent and his crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They worked diligently through the day and kept us informed on the install process and issues encountered. Despite a slight hiccup (they were sent out with the wrong install order), Brent made sure that our flooring was available that day. He started the demo of the old flooring while his wife drove down to Hayward to pick up the right flooring. Outstanding install job! And the flooring looks better than anticipated. My wife and I very pleased and satisfied. Thanks again for your flexibility in rescheduling our install during the recent Shelter In Place orders.

Diablo Flooring is a truly exceptional company. From entering their Walnut Creek location to seeing our finished floors was perfect. Roy is amazing, genuine, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The crew worked long days to get our house ready (this is atypical in the industry). We spent about two months working with them to select flooring, view the property, and have the installation done. This was unusual because we had to wait two months to move in. They were very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. You don’t have to pay for sample pieces and the deposit for the work was incredibly reasonable. Moving from the city I couldn’t have been happier. It’s a locally owned business that stands up to promises cannot recommend them enough. Forget the big box chain stuff. It’s worth it to go local, private, and high quality.
