I don’t know the gentleman’s name but he is really very helpful. I find he is honest. When he could have charged me for unnecessary services he hasn’t. He takes my car in as a walk in and is always pleasant to work with. Lastly, his prices are very reasonable. I’ve been here a few times now and will say this the car is never returned with a new sound, sent, scratch etc as it usually is when you go to non dealer repair shops. Thank you Desi Auto Repair.

My family has been taking our cars to Hershan for 10+ years because he is a rare find. He's honest, quick and very informative. He only fixes what is needed, tells me what costs and repairs are coming up that I need to prepare for and never tries to sell me things that aren't needed. It's refreshing, as a woman, to be treated like an intelligent adult by a mechanic!

Very helpful….. I had a really great experience with our Mazda as he looked everything in detail and gave an honest opinion with what needs to be done & what should not be done. Would highly recommend to anyone who has doubts about anything that is unforeseen or is a newbie to car engines and stuff.

Hidden Gem! Desi auto repair is best described as "A friendly neighbor with all the right tools" He does all kinds of work for me on all kinds of makes an models. Desi is a one man operation but don't think he won't get things done. Safety inspections, PPI,PSI, Oil changes, tire rotations, service, part replacement, you name it. He has fixed countless cars for me and my coworkers including Volvo, BMW,Mercedes,Acura,Honda, Ford,Chevy,GMC, Lincoln, and basically any car you see on the road. I have always been given the straight up info about the car and haven't ever been pressured to do work like other shops. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, fairly priced, never leaves a mess, need I say more? Don't go to that crowded franchise oil change place, go down the hill and enjoy the view of your car getting worked on by my favorite car doctor. If you're there and feel restless take a walk along the trails that run through the parking lot and check out the area. Plenty of good places to get food within a 3-5 minute walk. If you're buying a car from a dealership new or used, you have found your guy. Next time that check engine or service light comes on, give Desi a visit. You will leave with a new friend!

Today my car had a coolant leak on my way home . I called them and they helped me right away when I made it to the repair shop they offered me great customer service and honest service. I highly recommend this auto mechanic.

I bring all my cars (new, old, European, American) to Desi Auto Repair for more than 5 years now. Services are reliable and I have not encountered any issue. As all other reviewers are saying, Harchand is honest and rates are very reasonable. I will keep bringing my cars here.

Desi is a really good honest mechanic. It's hard to find an auto shop who will break down what went wrong with your car and what your options are. Desi is that type of mechanic. I've never felt pressured or that he didn't break down parts and labor costs. I found a mechanic I'll probably use for life.
