I took my two very elderly aunties there for their COVID SHOTS. George helped process the paperwork and Christine, who administered the injections, was very considerate and helpful.

Do not come here. The workers are rude and unhelpful. I was using the self check out and it was giving me an issue. The man came over and said I can help you step over to the line. I did he help to people when I was next in line before me and didn't say anything and I said what was the point of asking me to come over here if you were going to take people ahead of me, I still didn't get to purchase anything and I just left the stuff there

Because CVS is the only drugstore within close proximity to both of my homes. I’m forced to use their services. Their advertising methods and their coupon system is outrageous. They tell me I’ve received 286 bonus point dollars and yet I’ve only seen about 68 of those dollars, or they expire within two days. Every-time ( yes every-time!!!) I go in, I have to get a manager involved because pricing is inaccurate compared to whats posted. Prior to them merging with Longs Drug store (that I loved and long for the return of). Longs has true customer service. I’m so excited to see that they’re still in Hawaii. I ran into a nine-year-old that was trying to figure out the math system. I heard her say. “I hate CVS “and I responded to her “I hate CVS too”. As a teacher, I use CVS as a model as to why students need to understand market math, and how important it is.

Rosmoor residents seem to be entitled and think your at their Beck and call… I work up here in this area & experience it everyday this CVS IS NICE AND CLEAN AND I HAVE NOT HAD ONE BAD ENCOUNTER if there hours have changed who cares maybe something happened emergency short staff PEOPLE DON’T want to work these days it’s NO fault of the employees who do come so get over it stop complaining for petty stuff. Everybody needs to be more mindful The world were serving these days. Tomorrow is never promised so Be kind to all situation‘s….

I needed to talk to the pharmacist before they closed today... I called TWICE and was on hold for 17 minutes each time with NO Response!!!!!!!!!! I am moving my prescription to another pharmacy that understands what Customer Service is all about. Frustrated and disappointed at the lack of care here.

Do NOT use this pharmacy Rude and terrible customer service! I was there just as they were about to close for lunch, all I needed was to pay for my rx. I explained I was about to get on a plane and could I just please pay for my medication, they closed the gate right in my face. Disappointing! Never going back

I don't know what it is with this pharmacy but without fail, whatever prescription we need will be out of stock. This hasn't happened once or twice, it's literally every single time. The few times they aren't out of stock of something they take days to fill prescriptions. Today, when I needed to pick up a prescription urgently, they were closed when I went by the store at 4:00 pm despite the pharmacy closing at 8:00 pm. There is always some issue preventing us from getting our prescriptions. The only reason we use this place is because it's one of the few locations with a drive-through, and with young kids it's much easier to pick up prescriptions without bringing them inside but I think we're done with this place. We have wasted so much time waiting on them.

There are so many bad reviews, but I have had positive experiences at this store for years. My Mom liked it too. It is large, well laid out, great selection, and nice staff. I have never had any issues at the Pharmacy.

This CVS made me loose years off my life this morning. Ordered a photo print last night (I literally ordered ONE photo print 8x10) and they show up and try and hand me a stack of someone else's family. I was like PAUSE this is not my s**** Anyway then the lady calls her manager and the manager of the store can't figure out how to use the damn printer machine. I waited for 45 minutes ... I literally time-stamped this s*** y'all. Two people working up front who have no clue how to use the photo printing at all. Then out of the blue a "printer mechanic" shows up and it takes him another 20 mins. The amount of brain cells I lost dealing with these people I'm sorry but train someone on the photo printer before allowing it to be available to the public. I tried to buy ice and the lady up front didn't even know the price. She asked me how much it was I was like "girl youre the one who works here". They ended up literally making up a price. I cant omg ... ended up leaving with 5x7 print because after 45 minutes they couldn't even figure out how to print a 8x10. I was wondering how this was real life the whole time. After this experience I need to go to their pharmacy and take half the Xanax they have in that damn thing . Literally like my second 1 star review ever but I just feel bad for whoever works here. Homegirl has to run the store on her own and doesn't know how to work this photo machine. Please someone help this store

Review for Pharmacy... TERRIBLE, but do not think it is the employees fault... Understaffed and under-trained... You can call everyday and request RX status and they will Always tell you to return in several hours... Same thing happens as many times aday as you call and turnaround time if your lucky is 5 days... Do not try and call as chances of them even answering the phone are less that 50%... And I could on and on... On two occasions they said the doctor had given incorrect directions, but the pharmacists were terribly overstepping their limits and were absolutely WRONG !!!
