The pharmacy is run by people who have a sub zero IQ, the front desk hates every bit of life, and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone.Avoid this absolute catastrophe of a pharmacy at all cost.

This Minute Clinic has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No compassion or understanding, especially for parents with children with disabilities. I would worry taking any of my loved ones here, especially young children. You do not want to be receiving medical care from these people. Stay away.

They do NOT accept Medi-Cal at the pharmacy. DON'T tell them you have Medi-Cal if you want to pay out-of-pocket. They WILL NOT let you pay out-of-pocket if they know you have Medi-Cal, even if you also have Medicare. BEYOND RIDICULOUS.

Person working register was struggling with basic tasks which created a longer than necessary line while rest of staff just watched person struggle while line kept getting longer. Managment obviously has no clue on rotating lunch schedules to stay open while customers (you know ... the people that drive revenue pay the bills kind of thing) have breaks in their work day. Terribly managed pharmacy. Going on-line from now on.

Walked in to grab a snack after dropping my grandmother off for a hospital visit and was greeted with straight racism! This was my first time in the area so my friend and I were looking around for less than 5 minutes when I noticed the cashier called someone to the front after we went to check out the "fresh food section" near the registers. I didn't pay it much attention until we went to pay for our items that we were being watched. We went to self checkout with a few items and the only cashier that was there literally left her register and jogged over and stood behind us watching us with her arms crossed. Now I'm an Asian female and my friend is a man of color. There was one other customer at self check out who just happened to be an older white woman. Guess who wasn't being watched like a criminal? Whoever that cashier was went out of her way to come see if we were stealing at self check out cause weren't white like her. Never have I ever felt so disrespected. She definitely made sure we knew she was there. We were literally the only people there and she ditched her register to come check on us like some criminals! That location needs to do better with who they hire. There was no need to be so prejudice towards two people looking around for SNACKS!

I have been hospitalized due to the pharmacy’s incompetence and laziness. The pharmacy refused to sell me my medication even after essentially begging because they were closing for lunch, if the pharmacy had a little compassion I would not be in the hospital right now but my condition worsened and I was unable to get my medicine and now I’m in the hospital because of it, the employees/pharmacy staff here is deplorable and despicable, I would be ashamed if I were them. I’d like to mention I arrived a few minutes before they were scheduled to go to lunch but instead of quickly attending to me they waited until 130 then turned me away,

Flat-out lied about not having COVID vaccinations available when I showed up for a scheduled vaccination appointment. And completely unhelpful in terms of fixing the issue, just telling me it was cancelled and I needed to go schedule a new appointment. Stay away--something very fishy is going on here.

When you call, expect them to pick up the phone, say hold, then continue to hold who knows how long. Could be a good 10 minutes. Don't expect customer service or any manners here. There are none. It is so very sad that a business can treat you over the phone with a lack of respect and then make you feel as if they are the victim. Then Tiffany is belittling you when you finally speak with her and explain the rudeness of her employee who do not have proper phone ediquette. I wouldn't even be calling if they got my order correct. Call corporate and express your concerns and make this a better place as we may have some medical problems and need our perceptions and would enjoy some old school kindness and customer service. These guys wouldn't fill an insulin scrip at 6:40 even though their hours are until 7pm. because they closed their computers down early. Wouldn't boot up a computer. For insulin. And the pharmacist didn't bat an eye. Seriously, these guys are the worst pharmacy ever.

Rude and snappy cashiers. I wasn’t understanding the CVS card information I was given, so I said never mind. As I was leaving, the cashier loudly snapped at me saying “I’m just trying to help you, god!”. She was not helping at all LOL
