They do NOT accept Medi-Cal at the pharmacy. DON'T tell them you have Medi-Cal if you want to pay out-of-pocket. They WILL NOT let you pay out-of-pocket if they know you have Medi-Cal, even if you also have Medicare. BEYOND RIDICULOUS.

Person working register was struggling with basic tasks which created a longer than necessary line while rest of staff just watched person struggle while line kept getting longer. Managment obviously has no clue on rotating lunch schedules to stay open while customers (you know ... the people that drive revenue pay the bills kind of thing) have breaks in their work day. Terribly managed pharmacy. Going on-line from now on.

not this one. the one on bancroft. walnut creek. ca.booked a covid shot only to show up and waiting told they are all sold out.thanks for the heads up.and to top it off i went to rebook only to be told that no times are available.Great pharmacyk.

Flat-out lied about not having COVID vaccinations available when I showed up for a scheduled vaccination appointment. And completely unhelpful in terms of fixing the issue, just telling me it was cancelled and I needed to go schedule a new appointment. Stay away--something very fishy is going on here.

These guys wouldn't fill an insulin scrip at 6:40 even though their hours are until 7pm. because they closed their computers down early. Wouldn't boot up a computer. For insulin. And the pharmacist didn't bat an eye. Seriously, these guys are the worst pharmacy ever.

I had an appointment today at 7:10PM at this location, I get there and I see this sign posted. I was not notified that my appointment was canceled. Absolutely ridiculous

To the person with greeter issues, this is the theft prevention and safety person in the store which was added to prevent the San Francisco style theft rings. It's been proven over and over that acknowledging a persons entry into a store actually prevents shoplifting from the average person to the professional.

This place sucks. It appears the people who were good in the pharmacy either left or were fired. Now they have a-holes working there. They never answer the phone, they disconnect if they do. They usually have one person at the counter and a long line. They wiped my account online out when they found out I was switching pharmacies. Now my prescriptions are all screwed up thanks to them.The last time I talked to someone in the pharmacy I told them their service was bad and I was switching. The woman on the phone said to go ahead and hung up, so I did.

I love the new remodel, especially in the cosmetic & personal care area. I do miss the brand "bulletproof" items that were once stocked on the shelves, like the MCT oil, and brain octane oil. I especially need to give a shout out to all the people working in the make up area- always very friendly and especially Imanni. She's knowledgeable, sincere and shows professionalism and problem solving skills. I like shopping here.

$300+ Medication Marked Down To $35 ... AMEN TO CVS!!! As a child who grew up in the 1980s, this location has always been my go-to pharmacy, as it once was a Long's Drugs before it became CVS... As I still come her for all my prescriptions, I write this review because in being a recent heart attack survivor, I am now having to take a plethora of heart medications, blood thinners, etc. Thus, my Cardiologist recently prescribed a new medication for me: Bystolic. Even with insurance covering it, the co-pay was going to be OVER $300 -- that alone almost caused me another heart attack; however, Steve, a pharmacy tech., was so professional, and thinking straight, as he offered to go online, right there, and try to get me a coupon for this medication, from the Bystolic website. I had NO CLUE one could go on the direct websites, for some of these medications, and find coupons, but sure enough, Steve knew to! EUREKA!!! Steve found me a coupon, registered it to my CVS account (so it's in their system, under my name, and will always be used for my Bystolic prescription orders), and got it so I ONLY PAID $35 for this medication INSTEAD OF the initial $300+ amount. JESUS! I felt I'd been saved! So this review goes out to Steve, but also Tom, and all the others who are so kind, and willing to help me, whenever I am there picking up my prescriptions. I've been coming here for now almost 35 years and this pharmacy is run by ethical people (Pharmacy Techs., and Pharmacists) who I trust my well-being is in safe hands. Without a doubt: THANK YOU, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY FRAGILE HEART.

Today December 5th 2019 I have been experiencing a bad thing in this store I know this store has a very friendly customer service but not like today,it's around 1-1:30 pm me and my mom went to this store and there was this guy (an employee of cvs) he is been stalking us the whole day in that store he even didn't ask if he can help us with something he's been going every where with us till we get the register we didn't even felt comfortable to look around and buy whatever we want! We like this store since we moved to Walnut Creek but the way they do to customers stoking around and following them what ever they go that's not nice!

Sat inline fore 10min without help. There were two people in the pharmacy. One just sat there looking at me from behind the counter without word and the other one walked right past me like I wasn't there and started answering questions from the two ladies there were also in line but standing behind me....
