If you come, one minute late, the door is locked and you can’t get in and do yoga! They need to review the way they treat their customers

I was one minute late and the door was locked with no one to open. It already hard to fund parking in downtown so at least you can leave a 5 min grace period. This is not a way to treat customers for a place that prides itself to be zen. I'm very disappointed !

I've been coming to this studio for ove 3+ years but IF you mandate the mask I am outta here and so many others will leave. Mandates ARE NOT LAWS. just putting out there in case this company decide to mandate mask again

Love this studio and especially their sculpt class. Boy will you burn some calories and feel strong the next day! Staff are friendly and yoga instructors are great! Wish their memberships were more affordable.

Love this studio in Walnut Creek. It's spacious and staff is polite and very accommodating. Parking is hard to find. But there is a parking garage immediately behind the studio. Street parking is free on weekdays after 8 pm. I love that this studio had late classes! Makes it convenient to go to a class after work. If you're knew to yoga or hot yoga -- know that most of their classes are done in heated room so bring a towel and water! I wish the monthly membership wasn't so much that's my only negative regarding affordability or else if be a member for life!

I usually go to the Oakland locations but I tried out the WC location this week and it did not disappoint. The instructor Celina was friendly and helpful. I took her CP 2 class, I was very happy with her music choice and guiding.

Clean, modern studio with friendly teachers and staff. Seems to be losing their better teachers as of summer ‘22. Their schedule is moving heavily to Sculpt classes, too, and lacks enough early morning options.

I really wanted to try this place but three strikes took it out for me.First, their covid protocols are a bit much (can't practice without all three shots. I have two but not my booster so I can't practice without a mask). Also, I could not get through to the studio! You are pushed to a generic customer service line. I had to wait to talk to someone (he was really nice when I got through) but the idea of not being able to call my studio when last minute emergencies pop up (especially with young kids) is not my cup of tea. Finally, at $28/class, this is the priciest of all studios I've found in the area and they don't have high, up-front equipments costs so I'm stumped as to why the price is so high. Too bad, I really would love to find a good yoga studio in the area but the rigid protocols, lack of being able to reach them live, and high price excludes this studio from my search.

Very supportive and experienced team of trainers. It's super helpful that they offer 3 free classes so that you can try it out before committing to a full membership.
