I have been in this location 3 times now for Notary services. The person who runs the shop is slower than DMV (iykyk!).
He cannot multitask or give the customers priority based on what they want.
Two out of the three times he had a large printing job to finish, and he didn't even lift his eyes or ask why I am there until he finished. I didn't know how much time it would take him to complete the previous task, so I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my notary service which was a 1-minute task.
The other time, I wanted to use the computer to print something, and I was waiting for my turn to just get his attention and his approval to use the computer. Absolutely atrocious experience.

The proprietor was extremely helpful, patient, and professional when I went in with a somewhat unusual color print job (custom cat calendars for family and friends). The finished product was way better than I expected for a very reasonable price.

Shawn is the best! He makes things so easy and smooth. I emailed in documents to print the morning of and I received a reply that my order was ready before the time I requested to pick up. He even helped with taking my passport photos. I didn't ask about pricing beforehand but I was pleasantly surprised with the cost with the amount of things I requested. My go to printing shop!

If you are in the need of notarized documents, passport picture taken, printing needs and Live Scan fingerprints, I highly recommend Copymat on North Main Street in Walnut Creek. The owner, Shawn Shamloo provides excellent customer service and is patient and knowledgeable. He loves what he does and is a proud business owner! They have a wonderful selection of greeting cards from Papyrus that are reasonably priced. Keep in mind that they are in a business district that has a lot of great restaurants and bars so the parking can be challenging at times. They do have free parking directly across the street and down the block near Wells Fargo. Several customers were very happy with the service he provides. I enjoyed supporting this local small business.

Love this place! The owner is nice and friendly. Good price and good service! Everything you need from fingerprinting, notary, copying, and more. Just across the street from the UPS store. Come to Copymat and Save $$$!

I have had a number of print projects completed by Shawn at Copymat in Walnut Creek. He's done an incredible job on each job he works so hard to do everything as perfectly and expediently as possible. Shawn is also an extremely nice and professional businessman. I highly recommend Shawn and Copymat.

I walked in to print some passport photos and the person asked me to wait since he have a big job on his hand and after 20 minutes he asked me to send the photo to the stores email and then objected that the sizes are not original so I have to send another one and waited till he finishes his other works and he printed me the full A4 letter size photos all in one page , when I asked him to cut it in individually he start yelling that I didn't mention to cut it but just print. Then he shredded all the photos and said we don't do print for passport photos unless you take the photo here. I'm very disappointed and was really upset about this and I recommend to all , do not do any business here other wise you will get disappointed and not get any job done here.

please note that their current hours are M-F 10-6pm, Sat 10-4pm. closed on sundays. They offer fedex services as well. Also, sometimes they are tardy at the open.
