No one wants to have their car in a repair shop, but Cooks in Walnut Creek made it easy and painless after a car backed into me in a parking lot. It was a minor repair job that took only three days and Cooks made my vehicle look like new. Enterprise Rent a Car picked me up to get me a rental, and when my car was ready, I just left the rental at Cooks. The extra perk, Cooks washed my car inside and out! Lauren was the estimator and my service person and everyone was friendly and professional. Great job Cooks.

Don't waste your time here, unprofessional, the manager needs a course in customer service, it takes a month from estimate to the time to bring your car in for the repairs, to find out that they don't know what your talking about??? Then they will tell you four times to go somewhere else. Nice Job..... thanks
