Better than other Jag dealers in the area, however there is still room for improvement. Not easy to contact service department for an appointment and getting loaners isn't easy either. Just got a bill for an undescribed service from cole. Need to figure out why I'm getting bills for no reason!

I strongly advise against purchasing a Range Rover or any Land Rover vehicle. About 10 days ago, while driving with my family on the Bay Bridge, my 2015 Range Rover engine suddenly started smoking and nearly caught fire. This was an extremely dangerous situation with no prior warning signs.
When I contacted the corporate office to report the issue and seek assistance, their response was highly disappointing. Despite the clear safety risks, they failed to address my concerns or provide any support. In fact, they even hung up on me during our conversation.
Ultimately, I had to dispose of my Range Rover at a junkyard, resulting in a financial loss of $30,000. The lack of responsibility and support from the company in handling this serious safety issue is unacceptable. I highly recommend considering other brands that prioritize customer safety and service.

We gave them no star because not only they repeatedly fail to fix the noise issues of both of our Landrovers, but also they trashed my white interior and caused permanent leather damage in multiple places. They treated my brand new luxury suv as if it is a pre-owned Honda Civic and also damaged the screen and body. We brought the car there for one problem and the it came back with more.

Had my vehicle serviced there it took 12 days for a throttle body repair then replaced a call from service advisor claKing car has been done 10 days prior and they left me voicemail went to pick up vehicle with a company check since the vehicle is used by my business after racial profiling by service manager Steve and another employee I was told that they don’t accept checks even though few of there customers that I personally know they do take their checks. Had to get a shuttle head to my office get a business debit card and drive back to pay with my debit card. Horrible service unprofessional and unpleasant service

My Range Rover sports got old. I then decided to shop for a newer one. I tried Benz and BMW, did not like it. I decided to get a lease return Range Rover Sport. Preferably Hybrid, but I know hard to find. I then went to Cole European. I bought a Jaguar XF and Range Rover Sport from them before. Met with Lucas. What a nice gentleman. Listened to my wife and me, understood what was important for us. Showed some cars like what we wanted. Gave us a test drive. Explained the cars in such a detail that I have not experienced before. He answered our questions patiently. As he did not have the car we needed, he said he will call when one comes.Few weeks later he called for a very nice Range Rover Sports Hybrid we wanted!!! I went immediately, he showed and explained the car. I drove it. Then bought it. He explained the car over an hour and a half! Set the car, and the iPhone app. I felt so good and comfortable when I drove it home. He then called to make sure we understood the car, app, etc.Once more very happy customer of Cole European.

Great experience at CE today with the purchase of my new Defender. Craig, Diane and Dustin made the process smooth, instructive, pleasant and quick. Second vehicle purchased at CE and the customer service will bring me back when it's time to do it again.

Embarrassingly poor customer service. There is absolutely no integrity in how they work, whether it's one of their sales people (Jeff) or their manager (Mark), the result is the same because they don't actually care about earning your business or keeping you as a customer. Worth going to any other dealership in the state over going to these clowns.

BEWARE - WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! If you want good customer service, do not give this place your time or money. My family lives in Sacramento and called and spoke to Jeff to confirm a vehicle we were interested in was still available and not under contract. He assured me it was available and I told him we were on our way. He told me all the great things about the vehicle also. We drive nearly 2 hours with traffic. When we arrived and asked for Jeff, he hid in the back as another guy walked up to tell us they sold that vehicle. Jeff lied and had us waste our time and gas knowing that car wasn't available. I want to warn others to not trust anything out of these guys' mouths, especially if coming from out of town.
