My parents had an oil change at this place and later found out they never did the job. We checked the oil three days after the service and it was still dark and not filled to appropriate levels. Even if there was some residual oil left, the new oil shouldn’t have been as dark as it was. They charged over $300 for an “oil change.” Make sure you check your oil after getting service from this place. They cheat. I will never come back to this place. They take advantage of people they think don’t know any better.

Not the best service experience - for a $1100 service, don’t even expect them to clean the windshield of the car or vacuum, let alone a courtesy car wash.

Thank you Cole European! I’ve had a teammate work here in the past and have ordered parts in the past here on his recommendation.Just recently AAA damaged my car and I took it here for service. They caught a code my dad’s shop didn’t have the software to detect and said to bring it back if the check engine light came on. It certainly came back on so I brought it back. I was informed of a PZEV warranty that I had no prior knowledge of. This meant they replaced or repaired my turbo free of charge. I was grateful for the knowledge and integrity of the service manager and techs. My little truck drives like new and I love driving it again. I will certainly be back. This is my second Range Rover and I think I’ll stick around for a while.

WARNING!!! Only go here if you have BIG $$$$$$ to throw away. Appointments are MONTHS out! NO LOANER CARS!!!! I had an appointment on a Wednesday, and my car didn't make it into the actual shop until MID FRIDAY!!! Then the car wasn't ready until Monday since the fancy pan y people don't work weekends! No way these people will be touching my car again. And ofcourse as it's time to pick up the car then they magically find an issue to charge me for since all my work was warranty related.

A big 'thank you' to Steve, the assistant service manager, for stepping in and providing excellent service to save what could have been a rocky customer experience. I was originally referred to Cole European from my regular Land Rover shop in Oakland to replace the second key for my older LR, which was damaged and not functioning. Although I requested an original key, Parts Department replaced with an aftermarket unit, which failed 45 or so days later. Parts replaced this with another identical unit, that failed 4 months or so later. I was frustrated with having to go back and forth from Oakland many times. I called, spoke with Steve and explained the situation. Steve was calm and understanding, and didn't want me to have this problem again. He ordered the correct key for my vehicle, and had me in and out in an hour, with an OEM key in hand and a clean car again. Thanks for going above and beyond to make this right.

I was billed for a service that was not actually conducted on my vehicle, I reached out to COLE EUROPEAN SERVICE and I am waiting for their response. Please inspect your vehicle for everything that you are billed for! On 04/20/22, I brought in my Land Rover Vehicle for an oil change service and I received a call some time later to state that my rear breaks pads would need to be replaced. I picked up my vehicle around 2 PM and I received an invoice for the completed service. When I got home, I realized they failed to re-set the service soon light/ sensor. I contacted Jeff Nolan, my service rep, and he stated I could stop by any time to have the light sensor re-set (an inconvenience to go back, but fine). On 04/21/22, I took my vehicle to get smogged. My fiancé and I were outside of the vehicle as we watched the smog service staff drive my vehicle forward into their smog station. At this time, we realized there was an awfully loud noise coming from my breaks. The noise was so terrible, that even the smog service staff said I should get it checked out. I explained to them that my vehicle was just serviced the day prior, and I look at my invoice which stated: "G-70 replaced worn rear break pads sensors and rotors." My fiancé took a look at the rotors, to his surprise the rotors were not replaced. We returned to Land Rover, and Jeff stated this was correct, they were not replaced and in fact, Jeff indicated this was his fault as he made a typo in my invoice. In addition, Jeff stated Cole European does not change vehicle rotors when they change the break pads. By the end of the conversation, Jeff stated he could get me a good "deal" on the rotors if I want to come back next week. I gave Jeff my email, and I asked him to provide me with an itemized quote for the rotors. I have not yet received this quote... I called a few local shops, and they confirmed that break pads and rotors should be changed together and this was probably going to make my breaks sound louder with time if it is not fixed. It should be noted, I am a female, and from my position, it looks like I was left to think that my car was serviced for something That was not done. If my fiancé and the smog service staff never would have heard the breaks and checked I would have never checked for my self and would have been mislead to believe that the vehicle was serviced for rear rotors and break pads.

They worked on my friends Jaguar. My Silverado needed no work. Well qualified staff. Did not offer to wash my Silverado. Go figure.

We recently worked with Gillian at Cole European on the purchase of a Range Rover Sport, and I can't find enough great things to say about her and her team at the dealership. From the moment I emailed her about a RRS, she was kind, reliable, knowledgeable, courteous, and so very helpful. She took time (twice) to road test, explain the different models, all available features, and the pros and cons of the subtle differences between each of them. The manager, Craig Perry, was there and active in making a great deal, but really let Gillian just do her thing with us. Jennifer in the finance department made the paperwork effortless, quick, and did all of that with a smile and terrific sense of humor. Justin detailed our new car perfectly, and we drove away happy, smiling, and with a full tank of gas. The whole team shines, and we will be back when it's time for a new Land Rover. What a superb experience. Thank you, Gillian, for your kindness, hospitality, and professionalism. You are a rock star!

We have had good experiences with Cole in our few visits since getting our 2021 Land Rover Discovery. Our one negative experience was when they installed the wrong sized tire on our car after we got a puncture. We took the tire in and they replaced it with what we assumed was the correct tire. We didn't discover that the tire was the wrong size until we were stuck in Tahoe with snow cables that were for the incorrect sized tire and did not fit our other tires. When we called Cole they got us in to fix their error right away, which we appreciated, but still concerning that we had the wrong sized tire on the car for several months before we discovered the issue.

Got my Jag fixed by Jeff and his team within a day with something that could have taken days if not weeks in another shop I'm sure. The part needed was delivered from Peninsula shop to Walnut Creek in the same day! Thanks Jag team! You're the best!! ?
