I come here often, was stopping for the honey lavender latte which is one of my favorites. I saw the spiced cardamom latte, and it's as delish. The service has been great too. It's a nice large size cafe 2 floors to sit and read or work.

Love the seating areas (upstairs and downstairs) and the fact that Capital One members get a discount on coffee. Atmosphere is clean and quiet and welcoming. That all being said, the guy taking our order seemed to hate working there and offered no suggestions when we were asking questions. I ended up ordering a double latte and was disappointed by how weak it tasted. It was as though I was just drinking warm milk and I ended just tossing it in the trash without finishing (which is very unlike me because I love coffee and I hate waste). I hope they can work on the drinks and improve bc I do love the atmosphere, I am just unlikely to return if the coffee continues to be so bad.

I've been here several times now and I appreciate a lot to what it has to offer. They used to have a PEET'S COFFE establishment inside but now it's the VERVE COFFEE. Debit and Credit card holders get half of their drinks! There's seatings both upstairs and downstairs, with outlets in most areas and clean restrooms. This place is always clean and nice to just sit in and get work done! There are conference rooms too you can reserve. They even provide disinfect and wipes! I like it here a lot!

I remembered when you first opened a bank cafe!Quality/Quantity - Simple menu, see pictures. My daughter got a matcha latte with honey lavender syrup - She says the drink was "not bad."Atmosphere - Cafe, bank, and meeting places.Cool decor throughout.2 floors.Clean, good size bathrooms.Open 7 days a week, 8am to 7pm; Sundays from 9am to 6pm.Service - Good, from the cafe to the bank.Currently collecting cans for the food bank, see picture.Price - $8.50, half off if I had my Capital One card on me...Owner Comment - Congrats on your success for the last 29+ years since 1994.

I literally drive here from Alameda because this is such a great cafe to study at! I'm a full-time student and am on a desperate mission to find new study spaces. The coffee shop downstairs is awesome, the staff are super friendly and don't try to do any Capital One sales pitches. If you have a Capital One card, then you get 50% off drinks. They have I believe 3 "nooks" which are small rooms for maybe 2-3 people, which are first-come first-serve. There are also 3 meeting rooms (accommodates 6, 8, and 10 people) that can be reserved online via liquid space, free to students, student orgs, and non-profits.The entire facility is very spacious, bright with lots of natural lighting, and plenty of tables available. There are many "tiny" tables with 2 seats, though definitely only enough table space for one laptop. Upstairs they have 4 larger tables that each accommodate 4 people. They have some comfy couches as well. Bathrooms are also kept exceptionally clean Open 8am-7pm daily, which definitely beats every single Alameda cafe that is only open until 4pm. Definitely worth the 30-minute drive for me!

I was looking for a simple cafe that wasn't a Starbucks, and found this gem of a work or hangout cafe. You can definitely do both here! The ground level is the Peets Coffee with some tables, while the second level have small conference rooms and more tables - which looked like it was mostly accessible by two flight of stairs, though there could be an elevator (I didn't see it myself though). Drinks are standard cafe prices $5-$7 with some pastry options, depending on the time of day you're visiting. If you're a Capital One banking customer, there are ATMs and staff here to help you with any banking needs. The guy who I spoke with was really helpful and helped me navigate around. Also, as a banking customer, you get 50% off all drinks. Which really is the best part about this place! Chill vibes here and a good place to stop by if you need a break from shopping in the neighborhood.

Plenty of seating on both floors, with comfortable chairs in a well-lit space. There are also private rooms available. Hours aren't the best, wish they stayed open until at least 8 or 9pm.Drinks are overpriced, but so are eggs. Thought Tuesdays were dollar coffee days but alas I was mistaken (it's on Wednesdays) , and had to pay full-price for my large Matcha with brown sugar jelly (was trying to milk it and get all the fixings). Next time I shall read and save myself some embarrassment. At least my $8 drink was good, thankfully.

I always passed by this Cafe and two days before New Year's, I stopped by the place and coincidentally they have a Happy Hour promotion that you can get $1 for latte from 2 pm to 4 pm. I ordered two lattes for $2...personally so happy I would definitely come back here again. The service is fast and ambiance is pretty chill. My one comment...they use to much Capital One colors which I don't like.

They tried hard to help me with the Capitol Credit Card even though they seemed to only do banking. They made calls and were just as frustrated with Capitol One Credit Card because they received the same nonsensical responses that I did Mary Jean Boutelle

I feel so silly writing this, but I had switched to CO from WF. My brother and I deciced to share in contributing some cash to support our parents' future travels. I walked in, looking icky as heck (I just finished doing some dog walking and ran into Walnut Creek as the grossest person in town...truly, everyone looked so good even in sweats...but everyone looks good in the Dub C), and I had never pulled cash out of CO, and it's a bit of a bummer I have to travel a bit to do so when I need more than a grocery store allowance cash-back, but I walked in...icky as one can be...and I had the door opened by an employee who said, "let us know if you need anyting inside, an envelope, or anything else! And I love your hat!" I was wearing my old Yankees beanie...and I get so much hate for being a Yankees fan (born and raised in NJ!!). I didn't need an envelope or any help inside, but I would come back in easily to enjoy a coffee or take more money out of my tiny bank account. I'm a Leo, a theatre major and loud as all heck. But I get nervous in places I don't know. This Capital One was awesome and made me feel so comfortable without feeling stressed.

Great ambiance and number of seating. But I came in at 11am on Saturday on 11/27, and the two ladies working at the Peets coffee were very unwelcoming, and made it a disappointing experience. I was very friendly, kind, not rude, saying please and thank you, and it was just an monotone, no "you're welcomes", and just very hostile attitude. 10/10 for the cafe, but the Peets workers need some hospitality training

Pretty much my go to study spot. The location is perfect right in downtown and all the staff are nice and friendly. If you have a capital one card the drinks are 50% off. One time I went they even had a special where it was only a dollar with a capital one card. Definitely recommend for a nice spot to get some work done.
