Unfortunately my small pharmacy that I loved Royal Pharmacy just went out of business. I thought I did my due diligence calling CareLink twice to see how they operated, and then again to make sure they had a particular medication on stock. I was told they did have in stock, could fill, and that I could transfer over some of my other prescriptions. Based on this, I had my doctor fax prescription to them. They then refused to fill prescription because it is a controlled substance but said in the future I could with with them if I transferred over my other prescriptions (my other prescriptions are not due now). Since no one told me this ahead of time, I was left stuck trying to get a hold of my doctor last minute call in the prescription elsewhere. I feel I was not given accurate information upfront, and it leaves me in a very difficult situation. I very much loved the ease of dealing with the small pharmacy, Royal Pharmacy and am frustrated and disappointed tat CareLink seems to be giving me the same run around, headache and bad service that I would find at CVS or Walgreens.

CareLink! Where do I begin? From my 1st calling around to locate a curbside flu shot location for my husband before Covid to the complications with chain pharmacies with getting his covid shots to Carelink calling me back! They must've taken my name & # & when they called back I luckily jumped at the opportunity to get my 1st as well as my most recent covid shot there & flu shot and this last week my husband also got his shingles, pneumonia & tetanus shots at CareLink. Specifically No hassles-ever. They answer the phone the 1st time every time. Easy in, easy out. No wait, organized, caring & professional. Personal attention.The platinum standard. Thank you Nahla & your staff. Simply the very best. Excellent example of the lost art of customer service!

It's hard to imagine that a small pharmacy is more efficient, reliable, friendlier, and invested in its' customers than a chain pharmacy-yet it is. Glad I found the former and won't go back to the latter.

I'm an Internal Medicine specialist: Don't overlook this pharmacy! Owner/pharmacist is a kind person who not only returned my message as a provider, but filled and delivered my patient's prescription on Labor Day. I'm going to go out of my way to get my personal vaccinations and prescriptions filled here. Responsible, humane businesses hard to find in the medical/pharmacy sector. When I need something, it seems this little pharmacy is a gem. Twice now, once with masks and recently with water thickener, they have what CVS, Walgreens and others don't.

Got our Covid booster here and it was the best experience I could have asked for. Shot was almost painless (and I hate needles so that's saying a lot). The pharmacy was quiet and felt very specialized (no candy aisle here!). Pharmacist was kind and professional. Overall very impressed!

Strongly recommend. They're caring, remember my name, answer phone immediately & rarely have more than one other person in store. Moved into area & tried Alamo CVS for 6 months but pharmacy staff incompetent or untrained. CVS systems so screwed up always had to wait 40 min on phone before talking to person. Faster to drive to CVS & wait 20 min in line if I have problem. CareLink runs efficiently because that's all they do. If you're sick or can't get out they'll deliver for free. If they're not close enough, find another mom & pop place. They're out there & they'll compete for your patronage.

My brother referred my to this pharmacy and now I don't know that I'll go anywhere else. My mom and I both got our covid boosters there today. We walked up to the counter and were immediately greeted and handed our forms to fill out. And within a couple of minutes of handing them in, we received our boosters by the loveliest and most accommodating pharmacist. Afterwards, during the mandatory 15 minute observation period (to ensure there are no reactions to the vaccine), we watched about 7 patients walk in to either pick up prescriptions, purchase items, or get vaccinated, and each of them was helped by one the very professional, friendly and kind staff members there. Really nice to see these places still exist.

I recommend this pharmacy highly! Every person on the staff is both knowledgable and kind on the phone, and I appreciate deliveries to my home in Rossmoor. On the rare occasions when I need to go in, things are easy.....with excellent parking, brief wait times, ready prescriptions, and helpful advice. Over time, the pharmacist has organized regular deliveries of my six scrips and contacts my two docs for annual prescriptions and refills. I cannot say enough good things about Carelink Pharmacy and have recommended them to everyone I know.

Love this place. They give the kind of personalized service we always used to get in the US, but which is so rare these days. After the first time I went in there, I was recognized and called by name. They are informed, pleasant and efficient. I am so happy I found this place rather than going to yet another chain. And, their prices are no more than any chain, so you are not being charged for the kindness and service. Very happy with CareLink Pharmacy and highly recommend.

If you're sick and tired of big box pharmacies with poor service and outrageous out of pocket costs, I'd highly highly recommend CareLink Pharmacy. It's an independently owned business, the kind and knowledgeable owner / Pharmacist is always there greeting you with a smile and great compassion. More than once I've had to pay for a prescription out of pocket and their prices have been 50-70% less than what I had to pay at CVS. They offer great service,fast turnaround and happy to answer any questions you have. It's easy to transfer your prescriptions to them, they'll call your pharmacy and do all the leg work

The BEST ! I suffered through years of poor and impersonal service at CVS pharmacy (outside of Rossmoor in W. Creek) until friends in Rossmoor urged me to switch to CareLink. The personalized service (a small dedicated staff), the home delivery of meds, and everything else has made the medical part of my life so much easier. No more waiting in line at CVS Rossmoor and no more phone calls to CVS when I am put on hold for 10 minutes ! The pharmacist at CareLink notified CVS to transfer my prescriptions over to CareLink and presto it was done. I also like supporting small local businesses. The drug prices were the same as CVS, except a blood thinner, which the CareLink pharmacist suggested I keep getting at CVS since she could not quite beat the price. I really appreciated that honesty on her part and how CareLink tried to save me money.
