I've been *Very* pleased with the anger management support group I joined. The facilitator (Sabrina) is fantastic and skillful in what she provides -- no matter who is part of the group, they get attention, respect and space to be whoever they are. I highly recommend COPE and Sabrina!

I've participated in a series of sessions facilitated by one of COPE's *masterful* leaders, Sabrina. She is inclusive, sensitive, and well-educated in the topics. We all feel taken-care of, no matter what our background or issues. Highest Kudos to her and to the entire COPE services.

We as parents have to be willing to put in an extreme amount of effort. They have a lot of tools and strategies but we're the ones that have to use them in our homes to see improvement in our household.I attended Triple P 0-12 with Mrs Yanta I attended Triple P Teen with Mr. Mondragon and Patricia MendozaMy husband and I attended Enhanced Trible P for couples with Ms. Feli Mercado and Martin Reese. I felt the need to express my sincere gratitude. These classes have begun to change mine and my family's life for the better.I must say Mrs. Yanta's class was the first class I attended because of how well she ran the class and all the knowledge I received I continued to enroll in the additional classes available through COPE. My husband has got on board and attended the Father Involvement class as well as the Enhanced Triple P for couples. We will also be attending classes in the future. My husband and I appreciate the COPE family very much. I believe they have an amazing group of people.I constantly refer cope in all my women's groups I attend as well as family and friends and honestly anyone that will listen. I absolutely love what they do. I hope the best for each and everyone of you and all the rest of the COPE family that I didn't mention.

Martha Suarez is Very Rude And Doesn't Really Care About Anyone In Her Class. She Doesn't Answer Any Questions That You May Have, She Will Just Re-Route The Question To Another Parent WHICH ISNT HELPFUL! That's Like A Depressed Person Trying To Help Me With Depression... Don't Waste Your Money

Its my 3rd class and I have learned ANYTHING Helpful. No One Answers Questions. They Just Tell Stories About Their Experiences. It $50 Per Person, Call Is 9 Weeks but you won't learn Anything helpful! GAINT WAIST OF TIME!!!

Its Inventive Not Practical. Tha People Who Signed Up For Tha Class (Just Like You) Are The Ones helping. However Martha Suarez And Amie Krey Are Extremely Helpful! It's Hard To Get To Everyone's Question During Class So I Recommend Writing Your Questions Down As They Arise And Ask After Class. To Me, That Works Better Because They Don't Have To Spare Time For Class, They Can Elaborate on answers to your question If necessary

Amie krey is rude but in a funny way ??? she Will mute you mid-Sentence or Just blatantly tell you to mute yourself. Martha does little to no talking. And most of the break out rooms don't participate AT ALL!

This staff has all been a great deal of help with aiding us in our steps moving forward as a family. Thank God for this organization and it's staff members. Cesar was very patient as well as Ellen. Sabrina Roxanne and Joe are all highly skilled and well educated in leading their classrooms

This place was put in my lap by the family court system (wrongfully placed, but placed nonetheless) and I couldn't be happier. I will be enrolling in other courses independent because the support and glimpse into other parents struggling is just what we need sometimes.

After making all my payments, i get a text message 7 months after that some payments are due, such a scam, I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone. Also if you are going to Dr. Razia Iqbal, I would save my time and money and not go to her, she doesn’t help but makes it worse for you and you end up feeling miserable after her session. AVOID her at any cost.

Note: This review is about the Anger Management course. I have nothing but great things to say about this place! It is a very welcoming and friendly place. If you are like me, Introverted and afraid to share your personal details to complete strangers, don't be. Both the Tuesday Evening 6:30- 7 :30 p.m. Proctor Sabrina and the Wednesday Afternoon 4 p.m- 5 p.m Proctor Roxanne were very attentive, non judge mental and supportive. (Note: Roxannes classes were last on Hold due to Covid.) Your class or group members are also very supportive and friendly. We are all trying to accomplish similar goals. Due to Covid, since April, classes are currently held through zoom. The instruction is just as great as in the in-person meetings. The classes are structured. You will be using a workbook, however there is a lot of group interaction. Your name will be called in every class and you will be expected to give input about a specific topic discussed. What is so great about this class is that what you learn goes beyond just anger related knowledge. You learn a lot of life skills that apply to any age. No matter what your background is you will learn a lot of helpful strategies on how to deal with stress , frustration, anger and how to react positively to challenges that come our way. I must give a shout out to Ellen, who deals with the administrative side of things. She is super warm and friendly. She is also very responsive if you have any questions or needs related to the course you are taking. She's very organized and on top of things. I know the opposite is a complaint of many businesses or programs. You won't find disorganization here. Lastly, if you are hesitant for any reasons to attend, don't be. There are people joining for all sorts of reasons. Some come for court mandate and some just want to improve themselves. It is a very welcoming environment. It was a very positive experience. I believe most people who take this course will be very glad they did.
