AWESOME Company!! This is the third time I have used Brazil electric - and I continue to be super impressed!! They are responsive, reasonably priced and very knowledgeable- but their greatest asset is their employees. Wow. Today Trey Brazil came to install a fan and he was quick and efficient but most of all kind, courteous and friendly. To find great service that is paired with great people is a win win as far as I'm concerned. If you need any electrical work - reach out - this is an impressive business and a huge asset to our community!! Thanks Trey - look forward to seeing you soon.

We called Brazil Electric to fix some small issues around the house that had built up over time. Cole, the electrician they sent, was friendly, professional, and transparent with his work. When he did the free estimate, he said that he could fix it now but recommended scheduling another time because he didn't have all of the parts and if they did it now, he'd have to travel for time to go get the parts. If we rescheduled, he'd just make sure that they were already on the truck, so no extra charge. When he came back to do the work, he was quick and professional, explaining what he was doing at each step. Brazil Electric had done the house when we rebuilt it several (maybe 5?) years back (as a sub for my GC), and Cole did not bill me for a driver that had gone bad, saying that it was under warranty, so they stand by their work and their equipment. Further, his labor hours for this project came in under what he had originally estimated. Cole is A+ and 5 stars. The reason that they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because scheduling is a hassle with Brazil Electric. The people who answer the phone don't seem to have control of the actual schedule and so the experience is rife with frustration and miscommunication. I needed someone here very early in the morning due to my work schedule and they assured me that someone would arrive between 7 and 7:30 Monday morning. After repeatedly calling and leaving messages or just getting disconnected at 8, 8:30, and 8:45, I was about to leave the house when Cole arrived just in time. Work is good and honest, pricing is fair, but scheduling matters to those of us who have to work. If they can fix that, it will be 5 stars for Brazil Electric.

I can't say enough positives things about my experience with Brazil Electric, the entire experience was so easy I think I'm spoiled for life. Mike came out and we walked around my house chatting about what I wanted in the end and then he put together a plan with his team and while I was traveling for work for a week, Trey and Cole must have worked round the clock because when I came home, it was like walking into an entirely new home. I couldn't imagine it turning out any better if I had stood there the entire time and watched them (probably that would have made it worse...). What I really appreciated is that one of the ideas turned out to not be as aesthetically pleasing as we had hoped- you could see a box that was better not seen, and instead of just putting it in, Cole and Trey opted to wait for me to come home and weigh in on the idea (we changed plans). Really showed that above and beyond doing a great job with the easy aspects, where our ideas made sense, they were thoughtful enough to realize that an unexpected view of hardware that they might not want in their home, I probably wouldn't want either, nice to work with people like that! Also, thanks to Brian for switching out the thermostat and fixing the placement of some LED light strips under the cabinet- Mike clearly has a well rounded team. The entire project couldn't have been easier, or faster.

I absolutely LOVE Mike! We completely remodeled our entire house and worked with many different subcontractors...Mike and his team were one of the best! Always with a smile, reliable, and the best quality work. We remodeled our house without a general contractor and Mike just jumped in and changed out all our old 1930's electrical to current code. He gave advice on where to place switches and recessed lights,etc. Any problems we had (and trust me there are many surprises when you remodel a 100 year old house without a general contractor) we could call Mike and his answer was "no problem, we'll take care of it"...and he did. I cannot say enough great things about him and his team! He is very busy and sometimes hard to schedule but it is totally worth the wait. We flew through inspection without any issues and his work has never given us a problem at all. If you want it done correctly the first time then call Brazil Electrical.
