Serah and her team are amazing. They are knowledgeable, accessible and responsive, as well as thorough. We began working with Serah as the third bookkeeper that we were introduced to and as soon as we met her we knew that she was going to be the person who could finally help us get a clear picture of what our finances were. I started a small business and had no knowledge of how to manage my books in Quickbooks. In just a few sessions with Serah, my books were organized and I was educated on how to manage my own books going forward. We recorded our video training sessions, and I routinely refer back to those videos to utilize all of the information Serah provided in our training. I highly recommend Books in Harmony to everyone!
