Rouya was amazing. She helped me find the perfect dress and even helped me exchange it last minute when I dropped 2 sizes. I should have come here before trying all the other bridal shops.

I had my first bridal appointment here and had the best experience! I could not have asked for a better stylist than Priti. She had all of the dresses I was interested prepared for my appointment. She also made additional recommendations based on the original styles I chose. Not only did I come out with THE dress, Priti helped me find the perfect after party dress.This location was large, clean, and organized. Prices are extremely fair for the quality. You can not go wrong with BHLDN, Walnut Creek :)

I went twice to Anthropologie wedding to check out dresses. Both times I went alone, and both times was helped by Hillary. The process is easy because Anthropologie lists all their dresses online, but Hillary really went above and beyond to make my appointment feel comfortable and easy. I ended up buying my dress here and Hillary helped me apply a discount I didn't know I was eligible for. I highly recommend checking this place out for a low stress and positive shopping experience.

I went with my daughter for her wedding dress and we had a wonderful fitting with our assistant Rouya. She doted Over my daughter and was invested in finding the perfect dress and accessories for her. It really made a difference in her experience and also brought to our attention the details of the right dress. Plus the price points are so fair and reasonable!Thank you, Rouya for making such an important choice memorable and sweet! ♥️

This store is on the top level of the regular Anthropologie in Walnut Creek. I had a really pleasant experience shopping here. I've been to a few wedding dress appointments and I think this one was the most comfortable. My stylist was very helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory. 4 stars instead of 5 only because I didn't find a dress that wowed me, but that's just personal preference.The music in the store wasn't being played in this section so it was also quiet and comfortable to talk!

This was my first stop for wedding dresses and ended up being my last! Rouya was so sweet and kind and helped me find the perfect dress. I will say I was pleasantly surprised by the dresses and would recommend!

Updating my review to post these photos from my wedding because OMGGGG this Lourdes by Jenny dress was absolutely fabulous! Thank you Priti for bringing it to me because I really would have overlooked this gem! I didn't even choose it from the rack. Awesome eye for what a bride is looking for :)

We made an appointment and I found my wedding dress here despite the best efforts of the woman "helping" me. She acted like my being there was a huge irritant to her right off the bat. She kept pressuring me to stay in one corner of the shop for some reason. (Luckily my mom was roaming around and found the dress I ended up choosing.) She didn't make any suggestions, but made passive aggressive comments about my weight and tried to dissuade me from trying on dresses (including one that she had already pulled for me????). One of the dresses I tried on was too small and when I asked her if they had a larger size in store, she grimaced at me and said "we do but now that you've seen it on yourself, do you think this would even be one that you'd choose?"She made comments about that for everything--it felt like having a mean girl from high school running the appointment. I'm not self conscious about my body and not sentimental about having this big moment of finding "the dress" but if you are, please don't go here because they will absolutely ruin it for you.I got to show my family 4 dresses total because despite insisting that she needed to zip me into everything, she kept vanishing to go talk to her coworkers. I don't know what this lady's problem was. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a terrible day but after reading the *Anthropologie* reviews for this location and seeing her named specifically, it sounds like that's just her.Also, if you walk out with your dress same day, be aware that they do not have actual garment bags, just short clear/ plastic ones. They tossed mine in a giant Anthro bag crumpled up. Nice!

I had an amazing experience here! I saw the dress I thought I would like online and came for a bridal appointment. My stylist/assistant Rosa was so friendly and helpful and positive and really made the experience lovely. (Turns out, I loved the dress I thought I would and thought it was the winner, but tried on a few more for fun.) I'm writing this review not just because my dress is absolutely perfect, but also because genuinely good customer service is so rare these days and can really make or break an experience, and Rosa was just fantastic. I truly felt like she was my biggest cheerleader and got zero sales-y vibes. Literally the easiest and least stressful shopping experience of my life, somehow!

I loved my experience with Dani at BHLDN Walnut Creek! She was such a personable, helpful, and knowledgable stylist and I did find a dress to say yes to :)I made an appointment online which was super easy to book as well as reschedule as needed, and confirmed my appointment a few days before. Upon walking into the store and heading upstairs to the lovely bridal area, my friend and I were greeted with warm smiles and light refreshments. Dani took time to understand my venue and vision before we looked through the dress samples. I actually really like that there are a good amount of styles but not overwhelmingly so like other bridal shops might have, ~30-50 available maybe? And the lighting in that niche of the store is so nice I selected about ~6 dresses to try during the appointment, and Dani looked up the dresses online before I began trying them on to make sure that all of the ones I tried would be able to make it in time for the big day. She was very respectful and helpful as I tried on each dress, giving me space but also helping to zip and clip each dress to better fit. Along the way, she also gave very helpful tips and explanations of different styles, ways that dresses might require altering, and weddings in general. It really was so sweet to have a stylist that felt less like a salesperson and more of a confidant, and as far as I could tell the other stylists seemed very warm and supportive too.At the end of our appointment, Dani helped us talk through which styles seemed to be our favorites and wrote a note to help me remember the names and suggested sizing. It was such a pleasant experience to have at BHLDN as I prepare for my wedding day!

Wonderful customer service. Very nice selection of bridal gowns as well as wedding guest gowns. Their selection of accessories is excellent as well. I enjoyed working with them.

I loved loved bridal shopping at BHLDN. While I didn't find "the dress," the women who worked here made it was such a lovely shopping experience. Everyone was so welcoming, the natural lighting is SUPERB, and they gave me complimentary rosé. What's not to love?
