"Hell hath no wrath like a good customer scorned" I have owned 5 Bentleys all purchased at Bentley of San Francisco (Van Ness Avenue). Vince Gould the manager of a couple of Bentley stores was awesome, along with Lachlan Campbell my sales associate. Since I live in WC I thought I would try this dealership. We had a verbal agreement to buy a used GTC with cash. The next day, they backed out "you are getting to good of a deal" was their lame excuse. I should have expected it. The service side of this dealership is excellent. But sales has always been "weird' amateur sales staff is being more than kind. Of course this dealership has been bought and sold as often as we all change our...socks. Their grumpy because they are not making any money because they can't strike a deal. I know what their problem is, it is systemic with used cars today. They thought they would make a killing so they over paid for their used inventory. That is why Carvana is going out of business (check out their share price...in 52 weeks Carvana has fallen from $254.00 a share to $5 (Five). So instead of getting cars sold to good customers, they screw with good customers with the bait and switch. Most likely l dodged a bullet, they act totally in Bad Faith. Stay away from these clowns, I already contacted Marin Bentley and have been introduced to an excellent sales associate. I would not buy a pogo stick from WC Bentley, neither should you!

I purchased my first Bentley here with Lemar and Nima. It was a very long 6 month wait. They followed up with me diligently, and answered my questions immediately upon receiving them. When the car finally arrived at the port they followed up with me almost on a daily basis, sent me pictures and updates. On the date of pickup, the car was at its absolute best condition, and I was very happy. Lemar spent time teaching me all the functions of my new car patiently, and the after sale services provided by Arian and Stephen were excellent.Overall a very positive experience!

Take your business somewhere else, there are plenty of options for luxury cars in Walnut Creek and I would not recommend this place or the people.

Don't finance with Bentley financial services. The worst experience I have ever had. I believe it's part of the Porsche group. Avoid it at all costs.
