Many thanks to Chris and his team for being a real lifesaver during a stressful home remodel. Not only was he able to locate our discontinued tile, but he had boxes ready for me here in Austin the same day we contacted him. When our contractor subsequently made an error in the tile pattern, Chris had two more boxes ready for pickup within minutes. I have never experienced this level of service from someone in the flooring trade. And the best part - his prices are fantastic! Thank you, Chris for helping make our home gorgeous! You’re the best!

I stopped by the new Walnut Creek showroom to look at hardwood flooring. Chris and his team were very friendly and knowledgeable. The showroom was well-organized and had a great selection floors at reasonable prices. Chris even connected me with a fantastic installer who completed the job less than two weeks after I placed the order. Highly recommended!
