Terrible customer service. I placed an online order for pick up in the store for items on sale for one day only. We went to pick it up about 45 minutes after placing the order and were told they couldn't find it. (Didn't bother to look too hard for the order) We were not told to wait a few minutes, just that it wasn't in their system. We had to leave the shopping center and 10 minutes later got a text it was ready. Since I couldn't return for pick up right away, I was told the only option was to come back and get it within 5 days. The store clerk clearly did not go out of her way to help and I will waste another trip due to their terrible customer service. Recommend having items shipped instead.

I went to this location with my 2 friends and the second we entered this lady (i wish I knew her name was had dark hair and was around 5”4) immediately started eyeing us. We hadn’t even been in the store for more than 2 minutes before we heard her right behind us going “customers has acquired item” and then started listing the things we were wearing. It’s not even like I’ve stolen from this place before, I barely shop and bath and body works I just wanted to check out the fall scents. I wish I said something to her but I just got upset and left.

Bath and body works has been my go-to place for the best scented candles, moisturizing lotion, cleansing body wash and hand sanitizer, and great room air fresheners. The staff are always so kind and welcome you into the store every time you come, asking if your are looking for anything in particular. The quality of everything they sell is amazing and highly recommend bath and body works to everyone!

My boyfriend and I came into the store to stock up on cleansing bars and to our luck we saw they were on sale for 3 for $10. When they were brought up to the register, the cashier had told me that they were no longer that promotion, but now Buy 3 get 1 free so my total was about $30. I had explained to them that the marketing stated otherwise and the cashier didn't say anything and we ended up waiting about 10 mins for a manager to come up and tell us the exact same thing. The manager ended up honoring the promotion for us but please be on top of your marketing on the sales floor! You would run into a lot less disappointed and frustrated customers if you were aware of what was on the sales floor.

Got my Japanese Cherry Blossom scent lotions and body splash. I get compliments on the fragrance all the time. I was expecting the prices to be high since I hadn't been in for a while but got a good deal on them, buy 3 get one free.

Pre-holiday shopping is always hectic.I came here 12/24 as I completely had forgotten to get a few stocking stuffers and needed to grab a few things. The lines weren't too bad, everything was pretty organized but I did notice a few events were separated from one another which was a tad confusing.However, some employees were helpful -- other employees; not so much. Jasmine, at the register, was such a pleasant and professional interaction. She was helpful and answered all my questions while still ringing me up, never dropping her smile. I didn't feel rushed at any time.Will definitely come back to this location, whenever I'm in the area.

This review is for bbw online order. I ordered. Online. Two transactions. One was delivered. The other was not even though the communications said it was. I have been trying to contact customer care for a week now. Every time I'm on hold for 15-20 mins and the music stops playing and i have to call in again with no answer. The time i did request a call back i did not receive one. There's no chat with a representative so after i leave this note here hopefully someone at corporate will be able to help. I will also be writing a letter to your corporate office in hopes that Santa and his reindeer can deliver it in a timely matter since that's the only other mode of contact. I just want my package re-delivered. But at this point i will never order anything again-may not even shop in the store. I feel really bad because i left an awesome review on their online ordering site to be disappointed in the end.

This store is THE WORSE!!! Rude employees. I came in to exchange a plug in that broke. They told me the plug in's only last 6 months and I should just buy a new one. The employees are rude, disrespectful and racist. I would never give them my business. The Bath & Body in Vallejo is so polite and nice. Don't give them your business- it may ruin your day!

Not the best store. The associates around the store are friendly and helpful, but the manager is not. Went in and had a couple of gift cards that were brand new gifts given to me and unopened from the paper until I was at the counter. At the register, the gift cards were scanned and the register was not taking them for some reason. The manager noticed when scanned that it didn’t work, she told me (not asking nicely) to swipe the gift cards. I did, it didn’t work. Then a couple of tries later, the manager looks at me and says that I’ll need to call the original place that I received the gift cards since the cards aren’t working. I told her they are gifts and they should have money in them. She finally says to the associate to try and enter the gift card number and pin. The cards still didn’t take in the one register. The manager didn’t offer any other solutions (such as switching the register) and made it seem like it was my problem about these gift cards. A very poor reflection of customer service. BTW, called the number on the gift card and it verified there’s money in it. So maybe try another register or get it fixed so it doesn’t cause inconvenience to the next customer.
