I only came here to use the ATM, but so I'm gonna review that!! I'm always on the lookout for Bank Of The West ATMs since I'm a member, and this one was walking distance from Downtown Walnut Creek!! It was the ATM inside of a small room, so I guess it's more secure. No issues, got my cash and I was out!!

Their response is slow, waited ,short talk 52 mounts. The lien release they said they sent in mail, I waited 18 days called them and they started the inquiry again which wad taken care of month ago. They said they would send the lien release in a fax in 24 hours if I really get it you'll hear another comment for me complimenting... read full comment

I wish that they have more branches, especially closer to my neighborhood. But, I am happy with them. They pay better interest on my accounts than Wells Fargo.
