Robert was amazing. We had a smash and grab destroying our back windshield. He gave us a fair quote and came out the next morning to fix it on-site. Robert was kind and professional. It looks like it never happened. Having such a quick response during the busy holiday week was especially appreciated. My nephews were terrified when we saw the break in and having the car restored to normal helps us put this behind us and focus on being together.

Excellent service! Called the day after Christmas because my car was knicked with rocks on the windshield. Robert came out and looked at the windshield and told me it would not need repairs as the rocks had just scratched versus cracked the windshield. I will come back for all my auto needs.

Robert is a real pro. Everything about this service was great. I had a small smashed window on my Tesla. Robert got the genuine Tesla part, came to my house, and installed it the same day I called him. He carefully aligned the chrome trim, which now looks more flush than when new. He cleaned up all debris too. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic and so easy to work with. Very reasonable price for the repair and came to my work office so I could still be at work and just step out to get my window fixed. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a window repair in the Walnut Creek area. As you can tell from my before and after, it’s a huge difference to have a window again!

The service that Robert provided from booking all the way to the installation was top notch. Quick to schedule and diligently installed 2 windows on our car without leaving a trace around the car that he was even here! Great service all around!

We found Auto Renu from typing in the word Tesla! At first my husband and I thought we'd had to go to Tesla or Tesla authorize location only for our cracked windshield. First, there were not many around. Second, none were easy to make appt. So we found Auto Renu! Best thing ever. Robert was very responsive and timely. Very professional and most importantly you can see his passion in what he does. I just feel his "one customer at a time customer service". He was patient, not rushing and double checking everything. I do want to mention that if you're looking for glass repair through Yelp, do know that Robert will not necessarily respond within minutes from Yelp app. That's because he's busy taking care of his customers!! So please be patient or call their office. I'm so glad I found them. I can say if he can repair my Tesla glass, I'm assured he can do any other vehicle. Oh btw, he also repaired a little chip on my other vehicle complimentary. Great quality and great human being!

I had a replacement front windshield put in my Model X and 4 days later took a rock chip in the new windshield. A relative told me about a gentleman named Robert Marshall of Auto Renu Auto Glass who had repaired her brand new windshield when a rock hit it. I called him and he came the next day and made the chip almost vanish at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him!Rick S. Lafayette, CA

Rearview windshield was broken into in broad daylight on a busy street. Called Auto Renu at 7am on. Sunday morning and to my surprise an actual human (Mr. Robert) picked up the phone! He quoted me a fair price and booked an appointment. By 12:15p, Robert was at my door with a brand new window ready to go. Robert was extremely professional, courteous, and kind. One hour later, my car was good as new. 100/5 stars; would highly recommend to any and everybody.
