I stopped by for new jog bras and not only did I find several options, but I found several options for lite hiking pants. They also had a long sleeve spf 50 white breathable (other colors available) shirt for hiking. Very satisfied with my new stylish options for outdoor mountain living!

I can’t speak to the selection in-store as I purchase items mostly online. However, I’ve come in for returns and have always had the nicest interactions with the employees here.I came in today with a complex issue that involved a pricing adjustment (that the online customer service team wouldn’t honor) and exchange and was super impressed at how quickly and knowledgable the sales associate was at the transaction.

What is in the WATER here at the Walnut Creek location that sets this team apart?! Top-notch customer service this morning. I already had this very thought to myself, the last time I made a purchase at this store many months ago, and today's experience pushed me towards setting aside some of my weekday time to write a review. Given a busy holiday season, and the store has small-ish walkways, yet the flow still feels managed well. I was checked-in on several times but without feeling pressured to buy or to hurry, and was given space. I'm going to sound like a TED Talk sound byte for a second but I really felt "seen and valued" as a customer. I wasn't purchasing a particularly large amount of product either, just a normal customer (who has decided to give this store more of my future business and word of mouth recommendation). Associates took the time to go through all the requests I had regarding discounts and applying a gift card. I noticed they all had a positive and upbeat but very calm and thorough/detail-oriented demeanor, both towards myself as the guest and towards each other as colleagues. Thank you to Claudia, Taylor, and Maddie. I hope the WC location gets some sort of team recognition from their corporate. Just excellence all around.

Amazing product. I own clothing chain and know how fabric works. Love this place. I always wear them with some other brand mix. And make it even more colorful. Enjoy everything they have here. Good customer service.

Sad to see Athleta has pulled plus sizes from stores. I was invited to a different store last year when they “relaunched” plus sizes and remember being SO excited that I could *finally* shop in store. Sad to see that they’ve changed their tune and now only carry xxl-xl. This store is small, but if you can carry xxs you can carry 1x-3x. Yes styles are still available online and I presume they could order for you but customer service was non existent on my visit today.

I always love Athleta. The sale rack was packed so I made out pretty well except I prefer to buy the tall version of mediums snd I did not see 1 medium tall on sale. I guess i can't be too picky with nearly 1/2 off price,so I step forward confidently in floods! Erin was very helpful today. Thx Erin!

Lili and Amanda were super helpful! I almost wanted to give up on Athleta (customer service at other stores and customer service online) but this location changed my mind. They were understanding and helpful about the leggings that didn't work out for me and Amanda recommended another pair (different style) for me and I needed to purchasing it cause her description on the leggings were spot on. Can't wait to try them! Keep up the customer service yall! It's what keeps your regulars coming back!

I used to be a die hard Lululemon fan and followed them from one location to the next. I loved them before they became "popular" and even got my daughters into ivivva until they discontinued their line. Recently though I've been really upset with their awful, rude customer service, for the price I pay I'd expect more. So I thought I'd start branching out so I did, to Athleta which is just down the street. I'm so glad I did. I love their girls and womens line. The staff is always so friendly, helpful, kind, and just happy you're there. I have yet to experience someone rude and every time I go it's a breathe of fresh air. I'm glad my daughters get to experience what true customer service is about and just what it is to be kind. Lululemon felt like I should just be honored I got to walk in their doors. So much for a pro women company. So glad I found Athleta just wish I made the switch sooner!

This is by far my favorite Athleta location. The store has a good flow and lots of options while not feeling overstocked. The sales items are conveniently located in the dressing room area as the perfect last stop before trying on a few cute pieces, or the last stop when leaving the dressing room headed for the register. The staff members are extremely helpful and Ms. Ari, (manager), is super polite and always comes through with great styling tips! Check out one of my newest picks, top and bottom courtesy of Athleta. Good quality products. This is the reason for the 2 stars. L Service as awful. There were several clerks and a woman who appeared to be the manager working. We were waiting in line to buy a single pair of leggings. Two customers were at the register with two people, one who appeared to be a manager. The manager finished with her customer. Although we were standing there next, she ignored us to try to get the other customer to agree to a credit card. She asked another clerk if she was available but she was in the middle of something in the back. We were not acknowledged while the manager continued to try to sell the card to the other customer. We waited for 5 minutes before the clerk finished what she need to do in the back. With service like this it is no wonder stores are closing and everyone is buying online. I will contact corporate on this experience. It was terrible.
