Had no idea this location was even here! Glad we found it as we were able to walk over from Apple Store to get new watch set up with cellular (transfer from old watch to new watch). Dee went above and beyond with her customer service. She not only helped us to transfer the cellular to new watch but was able to correct the issue the service person caused (they cancelled our existing cell service #). Dee was quick to get things back in order for us and even offered to help set up the new watch to ensure it worked correctly right down to putting the new band on for us! She was so professional, patient and kind! Good service is hard to be found and she was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Thank you Dee!! You were so nice and patient. We definitely will drive back out to this location to have service she provided.

Went into the store, two people in front of me and 5 associates working. Was told 20 mins. Both people in front of me wanted to buy cases. 30 mins later, 3 associates disappear and I'm still just sitting there. Ya, I'm out and I'll try online.

They made so difficult online. The rep finally told me to go to a retail store. I went to a retail store and Walnut Creek and they told me they didn't have any iPhone 15's not a good experience.

Me and my mom came into this location after leaving the Apple Store to get the number to call for tech support because she's been having issues with her voicemail the past month. D greeted us and said that she could call and help us so that we wouldn't have to call ourselves. She went above and beyond to help us and was so sweet and patient with my mom the entire time! Thank you so much D at AT&T in Walnut Creek! You are a god send!

I had came in here with some questions and a bit bummed out since my daughters iPad was broke but walked out extremely happy. I ended up being able to get my daughter a brand new iPhone at a reasonable price. My experience here was amazing. Dee and Brian were super helpful. They went above and beyond and understood all of our needs. Dee was extremely personable and kind. Thank you for an incredible experience and helping us to get in and out in a timely manner.

I went to get help with an online promotion promise that went wrong. Josue did a fantastic job in helping me figure things out and explaining everything in detail. Josue Made sure everything was taken care of. He was accommodating, patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the store and come back for any future business I need to do with AT&T. De Vaughn Alexander is awesome! I had such a great experience working with De Vaughn at the Walnut Creek AT&T store to purchase and set up my new iPhone 14 to replace my old iPhone 6 (!). I was kind of nervous and expecting it would be a big pain to replace my very old phone and transfer everything over to the new phone. De Vaughn was super helpful, answered all my questions, no matter how basic they were, and made the entire process low stress. He's a super nice guy who knows his stuff and I highly recommend going out to Walnut Creek so you can work with him too :-)

I want to give a HUGE shout out to the manager of this store. I came in to buy apple watches only to find out the buy one get one free offer expired the day prior. He suggested I call ATT to see if they could honor it. While it did take me sitting 2+ hours in the store and on the phone with 611, they said they would honor it. The manager was adamant that the rep on the phone document this. He sat with me and looked at my account and ended up having to speak with the representative to get him to enter the notes correctly. Guess what, first bill came and it was WRONG!!! After escalating it to a manager on 611, they were able to see the notes that the manager of this store demanded the phone rep enter and they are able to honor it. Yes, I spent 3-4 hours on the phone with AT&T, but the manager of. this walnut creek store went over and beyond to make sure I was protected. Thank You!

This is for the Walnut Creek store. Had many frustrations upgrading my phones. Finally got everything settled and ready to order my upgrades. Make an appointment, arrive on time, and wait. About 30 minutes after I arrived, after watching multiple employees walk in, only one other customer in the store--but 3 employees at this time, they call my name, only to tell me that I have to call 611 to get one of the phones approved for an upgrade, then gets the customer service person on the phone, and walks away to begin helping customers walking in the door, while the other now 3 employees, in addition to the one helping me and helping the other customer are just standing around. I finally just walked out. Really need to work on customer service skills in the AT&T stores.

Clean store, sales reps make you feel welcome & handle business quickly. Had to visit this store twice to get an issue resolved. I'm of the "fix it tight the first time" philosophy. Two visits, two different reps and both asked me to tell them my PIN. Who does that !!? Is this even corporate policy to ask customers to divulge their security PIN? The first rep was younger and got a sketchy grin when i refused to tell him my PIN. This left me feeling very uncomfortable.

Great customer service. I have been in this store a few times after other locations couldn't get the job done and lied about phone delivery times. They where honest and got the job done . If you don't want to waste your time time and want good honest service come here save yourself the hassle. They are as good as it gets especially Cameron we Appreciate you.

Terrible store. Terrible service. Terrible representation. Terrible store management. Don't honor a "lifetime" warranty. Store manager REFUSED to give me a number for his manager. Dismissive. Patronizing. A multi-billion dollar corporation can't adequately train and promote managers.

This is a supplement to a review I left not quite a year ago and for the same reason. I recently cracked the glass screen protector on my iPhone and obtained a free replacement (less postage) from Body Guardz. I returned to the AT&T store in Walnut Creek, and Allan offered to replace the cracked protector with the new one. The replacement was challenging to install but Allan retained his professional composure and worked for about 20 minutes until the replacement was properly installed. Great job and kudos both to AT&T AND to Allan who is a wonderful asset to the company. Thank you.
