Sarah was absolutely AMAZING- from start to finish, she was able to guide us through the entire process, making sure everything went smoothly. She was super easy to reach out to and so friendly!!! Loved our experience with Arhaus and Sarah- will definitely be going back again!!

The sales people at the store itself are great. The people who handle the in-house financing for the store are incompetent and should not be trusted with your money. Pay cash, use your own credit or financing, or shop elsewhere.
Whatever you do, do it without their in-house financing, especially if you value your time, your purchase and generally expect a commitment to a fiduciary experience.

Just received the second piece of furniture from Arhaus today. From ordering to the delivery, the entire process was seamless, pleasant and delivered as promised. Both pieces are beautiful and flawless.
The delivery team, Oscar Joseph and Horacio, were so professional and nice to deal with. They took the time with me to inspect the product, placed booties over their shoes to protect my floors and carefully place the furniture piece precisely in its place. They also made adjustment to the feet of the cabinet to insure it was completely level to the wall.
It is so refreshing to deal with such professionals and be treated so nicely each step of the process. Arhaus obviously understands the importance of offering Quality Products AND offering Excellent Customer Service.

Went into store and loved so many things. After checking all the reviews I thought to go in the store again and talk to them they made be believe that they will personally take care of all my stuff. As they are also working to make their service better. I was a fool to believe them I got my order placed 2 sofa, coffe table. dining table and 6 chairs. And then I see dining table marble has scratched all over it. And chairs sent were not the ones I ordered. And the sofa hand is tilted. The order was given in November end and this delivery happened in Feb start. And then they promised to replace the things in a month that should be in March. I called them and got to know that the lady I was working with has left Arhaus. And now its July I have called them at least 15 times and every time I hear I don't have access let my manager call you or let me check you should be getting call from Arhaus in a week. I have paid so much money for all this and its been more than 6 months I still don't have my order. Worst service and once order is delivered and have issue they won't take care of that.

We did not end up purchasing anything, but wanted to leave a review for Sarah who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and responsive. Definitely ask for Sarah if you visit Arhaus in Walnut Creek. She is the best!

I ordered a dining room table and after waiting three months for it to come in, the top and the base didn’t match. I had it replaced and the other one was exactly the same. I returned them and I’ve not been waiting almost a month for them to refund my payment. I’ve had to reach out to the company six times to ask where my refund is.this is completely unacceptable. Do not do business with this company.

I spent close to $100,000 at this place and numerous shipping issues plus they keep sending our stuff to the wrong house. I won’t do business with this company again you would think they would bend over backwards when you spend that kind of money with them.

Pretty mixed experience. We like their furniture but it is an aggressive sales pitch. Several things were quoted as one price and then came in higher (including shipping, discounts and the protection plan which all turned out to be less attractive than stated). The salesperson misled us into thinking that by opening an Arhaus credit card we could get a discount on our order. Furthermore, the estimated delivery date seems to be completely fake and in our case the salesperson made no effort to let us know that this was an estimate only. The only reason we are rating this as high as three stars is because after all of the problems we encountered we escalated our issue to the manager who was very pleasant and able to address at least a few of our concerns.

Terrible surface finish. I asked for a new one they gave me all kinds of excuses and charging me extra if I wanted to exchange it. The only there to sell expensive products with poor workmanship.

Wish I had read these reviews before making a purchase. salesperson promised delivery in 8 weeks. Never got a call, then after 8 weeks visited store. Random rep tried hard not to answer a simple questions about delivery ETA. After unsuccessfully trying to passs me off, he logged in and said it was going to take double the time promised.Now after reading these reviews I see why he was avoiding me. I am realizing the salesperson intentionally lied to us about the delivery time.

The furniture here is stunning and appears to be well made. If you’re planning on visiting, ask for Sarah. This person knows her stuff and will guide you to make the correct decisions for your home.

Bought a pretty expensive 6-unit drawer from here however the customer service afterwards was very disappointing.When delivery arrived the marble top was broken; and 2 drawers were not installed properly so they were getting stuck and I was having really hard time to close them.They quickly followed up replaced the marble top after a few weeks and this went well. However there were no actions taken for the drawers. After paying 1000s of dollars, I don't think it's too much to expect drawers to work properly? I sent multiple e-mails with videos but no one followed up. Arhaus was one of my favorite brands but after this experience I will definitely think twice.

I am beyond upset with this company. Which is a total bummer because their products are gorgeous! I'm warning you now you will never get what you ordered in any timely manner. If they don't have it in stock they take your order and your money and tell you the delivery date of 8 weeks. Then it's the run around of delay after delay. I purchased a large wall unit on April 24th 2023. They said it would be delivered in 8 weeks. They delivered 4 months later in the WRONG COLOR!!!! When I called about it "oh sorry, we can exchange it in 8 weeks." It's now 3 months later Nov. 29th 2023 and I called to see whats happening and they said "10 more weeks for delivery." End of January 2024. Which will make it 9 months from purchase! I paid for this unit in full and have received nothing but the run around for 7 months to be told it will be another 2 months!!!! Clearly they don't have inventory, they take your money then string you along. I will never purchase anything from this store again. It is beyond reasonable problems that can occur within a store. I should have been told from the beginning that the product I wanted was not in stock and they would notify me when it becomes available. Then I would have given more than one star. (I wish I could do negative stars.) In reading some of the other reviews, it seems to be the normal way of doing business for them.
