Came in to get a new phone and Steve helped us a lot. Very friendly and added a personal touch to his customer service which is much appreciated. Even let us stay a little while after closing to help set up the phone. Really appreciate customer service like that.

First, it is time for the FTC to strike down hard on Apple, for its extremely unethical price-gouging tactics. Apple's antics are plain disgusting. For the techies out there, their Macbooks are never meant to be used beyond 3 years, no matter the price you pay for memory and computing. The software upgrades they push frequently make your Macbooks practically useless if they are anywhere around 3 years old. Don't bother bringing it in for repairs because you will end up paying the repair costs (hundreds of dollars), but also would have to buy an upgraded Macbook anyway (a few thousand dollars if you really want a reasonable system). Rinse and repeat after 2.5 years. If the FTC doesn't come down hard on Apple, this cycle will only get worse with them.About this particular store, the younger associates that work here are just that - little substance and more noise. Brought in my Macbook for a battery replacement. The repair took way longer than their 'guaranteed' timeframe, and they returned it with more issues. Complete travesty. But then this fits Apple's agenda perfectly well - just buy a new machine for thousands of dollars, and watch for it to become completely useless in about 2 years, because of the software upgrades Apple pushes.

I'm unhappy with the new employees that I am sure were new employees but couldn't quite offer enough help settling this situation?iPhone 15 Pro Max 15 1TB because men were bothering me. Some male employees in their mid 30's are jealous and very pushy!Usually it's just the opposite but the smell of a big fart too! Very noisy place to saying hello to a new iPhone user. Genius Bar seating is the best option although I was seated alternatively amongst viewers at a speaker presentation that was inordinately loud and seemed inappropriate for Apple Broadway Plaza!I was the first one to get in a fight over stupidity about my Apple ID and password! I was disrespected and unamused by little twerps that'll show off and get ugly in front of anyone because they were hired by Apple and I hate it! It's been years since I've felt any sort of discrimination towards certain individuals that I dislike because we both disagree on settings! Some female Apple employees are great at engineering and technology and offer so much support and help that I think it's valuable to let people know what an amazing place Apple Broadway Plaza makes me feel awesome!Without the female Apple Broadway Plaza Staff they are all authentic Apple Music fans who treated me awesome!

Wait times are outrageous even with an appointment. Over 2 hours of a wait with an appointment it downs thanks any sense.

Worst experience with service I ever had. I scheduled an appointment for my iPhone repair. When I arrived on time a guy tells me that I have been bumped to the next day because service is very busy. That’s frustrating already because Apple could have send me a message in advance to save me the trip. But that was not yet the end. In my way home I finallyI get a message that service is ready for me and if I don’t show up right away I will loose my place in line. Unbelievable, even one star is too many Get organized Apple service

It was nice and quick trip for me. I checked in. Took me abt 20 minutes to grab my phone and staff was very polite. It’s nice to have a parking in front of the store. Makes life very easier.

Was there for my poor battery. It won't hold the charge and I don't want to change my phone yet. My battery health is once again 99%. Done in half an hour and it was less than $100. Thank you.

It’s interesting that on Yelp this store has a 2.6 rating while on Google it’s higher. From my experience with both the Apple products and the service at this store, the lower number is more appropriate. My $7000 MacBook broke after less than two years of limited use.The service personnel were rude and arrogant.Once I picked up my repaired MacBook and brought it home, I found that the repair personnel had not deleted their Apple account. Thus I could not login to my computer, and now I have to go back to the store to have them delete their account so that I could set up my computer again.I switched from PC to Apple more than 30 years ago in order to avoid bad products and bad service. I am now thinking about going back to PC.

I will be one of many to express my disappointment with my apple product and the service I have received regarding it. my $7000 MacBook broke after less than two years of minimal use.I brought it to this store and was told it would be $900 to fix it. I just finished making payments!I picked up my repaired MacBook and brought it home to reinstall my information. When I opened it up, Apple repair had not removed their Apple account so I could not log into the computer. Now I have to go back to deal with these people. Are used to enjoy going to the Apple store as I have numerous Apple products, but not anymore.I have been using Apple products for more than 30 years having switch from PC to Apple in order to avoid having to deal with people who don't know what they're doing and give for service. Now I'm thinking about going back to PCs.

My husband and I went to the Walnut Creek Apple Store to return two items. We explained to a customer associate that I received them as gifts and I wanted to return them and wait for new products, which will release next month. As an experienced customer rep. , she should understand it’s a return gift, not return purchase; there are different ways to handle a refund. Instead she did not clarify or ask anything, but told me to type in my email address for a receipt, then she refunded to the credit card that originally purchased the gifts.I lost my gifts! When I asked her where’s the refund? She told me that was the only way they could do, it because they might be stolen items. Didn’t she see the two items with the my name and shipping address on the packages that I brought in, as well as receipt and tracking email from the original Apple Store. She not only insulted the customer, also showed she didn’t have any customer service skill, nor common sense - not deserved to work for “Apple “. When this incident was brought to a weekend store manager, named Chris, we didn’t hear any apologies from him, but cold words: “nothing I can do”. Both staff and manager need better training. They ruined the “ Apple“ reputation. No wonder there are so many negative comments for the Apple Store Walnut Creek on the Yelp. I guess culture changes in the United States. Since there are many “0” $ purchases happening, there’s no such things of returning gifts, there's no trust between businesses and customers. What a society!
