I did a lot of research on tape transfer companies what I found was some more inexpensive but it took a long time to get them back but A+ image did a great job. They were very responsive My order took about one week to finish. They were very professional and I couldn't be happier with the result. Nothing negative about the experience. It was awesome definitely use these guys.

I have some very precious very old 8 mm movies. They did a great job of transferring them to a thumb drive and the service was quick. Currently they are in the process of moving, hopefully not too far.

Alex is efficient, thoughtful, thorough and the absolute best digitizer. I hired him to digitize VHS tapes, printed photos and negatives - they came out spectacularly and he finished the job in the timeframe to the day. I researched every digitizer in the Bay and Alex had the rarest prices, fastest turnaround and was an absolute pleasure to work with! I'll bring all my projects to him from now on. Look no further, you've found your digitizer!

The owner was the one who took my passport pictures and was very kind and helpful. He made sure I was happy with the picture and not just taking one and being done with it. When I have need for more photo services I will definitely drive to Walnut Creek to use APlus Image over someone in/around Oakland.

I brought in some 50 year old photos, some Polaroids, to be restored. I explained that the person in the photos had died, so the pictures were especially important. Wow! What a fantastic job they did! From the small old photos, APlus was able to make beautiful, colorful 5 by 7 prints. Whatever process they use really brings the old photos to life. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Also reasonably priced and on-time finish. Even if you think your old photos are too damaged to be replaced, I suggest you try APlus Image.

I have been putting off renewing my passport because I gained the COVID 15 and didn't want that to be my photo for the next ten years. I finally pulled the trigger because passport renewals are taking longer and longer. Spoke to Alex on the phone and he was super friendly. Said to just give him a call before heading over and he could take my picture. He had a few pointers for me when taking my photo and let me check the few that he took to make sure it looked good. This is the first passport photo I'll ever have that I actually like!! Thanks, Alex! Super happy to support this small business, and will be back!

I have used this company before, with good results. But I called today, to ask about two things: the picture framing company that used to be part of the previous Contra Costa Blvd location, and then to ask about taking more slides and tapes to them for processing and conversion. I was, well, shocked to experience the owner harshly telling me to never call the number again. Here's what happened: first I asked for a way to contact the picture framing person. After some difficulty, the person who answered (Alex, I suppose) finally gave me the phone number that I needed, but before I could ask about the job that I wanted Aplus Image to do for me, the person repeatedly - I mean three of four times - said, "Don't ever call this number again!" That's pretty crazy behavior for a proprietor. So, I guess that I won't call them again and I'll take my business elsewhere, which was going to be a very large project and would have earned Aplus and Alex several hundred dollars. Anyway, be warned. The guy seems a bit edgy and even unstable imho.

Working with Alex was a pleasure from start to finish. I gave him a box of photos of my son from his birth - 20 years old and his scanning was SO professional. The service is prompt and very well priced. I completely appreciate this business.
