I truly appreciated how comfortable he made the whole experience, it felt like he really cared about helping me find the right place. The apartments themselves are beautiful, surrounded by plenty of trees that make the community feel peaceful and welcoming and the fact that they even have a dog spa was such a delightful surprise! I’m definitely considering making this my new home after the holidays.”

“Horrible place to live.Roaches everywhere.parking is terrible.They have constant problems with leaking water heaters and pipes .Dangerous mold growing in the walls of apartments and they dont do anything to fix it.”
“Shout out to Muhammad for being timely and efficient with unclogging my sink, which was discovered a seal being cracked. All this garbage flushed onto my carpet, and Muhammad cleaned it like new. In addition, my vents are flowing as it should, especially in this HOT weather. Thanks, Muhammad, for your maintenance service!”

“I like living here. Sadly, the property company takes advantage of the employees overworked and understaffed. Madison and Gilbert go above & beyond for tenants. If you're considering The Hayden please have grace & patience. They're human & I had to learn that when problems with the unit would arise they would make sure to accommodate me. The employees are not the problem it's the background the management. The employees are trying to do all they can to assist every tenant. God bless them for not giving up and putting in effort.
management company must appreciate these two they both deserve a raise and a break. The load they're carrying to keep The Hayden together is not easy. God bless them for not giving up!”

“I have lived at Flora for about 3 years. I have loved everything about this community from the moment I stepped foot on Flora Ave.! It is quiet, secure, very well maintained, pet friendly, and the neighbors are lovely. The team here is top-notch. The location is perfect; close to downtown (less than a mile) but not in downtown itself.
Joe and Sam (maintenence team) are wonderful; they respond so quickly to requests, and they make sure everything is done well. Just today, my handle broke off my sliding glass door (it gets lots of use), and I put in a maintenence request through the resident app. Within the hour, the job was complete, and Sam even brought in a package that was at my door for me. He texted with me to communicate that everything was fixed, and that my dog was well behaved while he worked ?. Sam really goes above and beyond!
My previous dog who passed away in the spring, as well as my newly adopted dog, love the dog run to get out those zoomies! It’s so convenient to have the dog wash station here as well.
I’ve made friends with quite a few neighbors from socializing at the dog run, through the community events that management puts on, or hanging by the well maintained pool when it’s warm.
If you’re looking to rent a home, Flora is well worth checking out! I cannot say enough good things about my home. ❤️”
