If you care about your vehicles as much as I do, call Al @ All Area Towing. I needed two cars towed and set an appointment for later in the week. Al was communicative throughout the process. He showed up on time with a beautiful flat-bed Chevy, and quickly had my first car ready to roll. Two separate cars being moved to the next town over took less than 2.5 hours from start to finish, and all for less than I had expected to pay. I'll definitely be using A.A.T. for my future towing needs.

Saturday started out a bad day for my daughter with her car breaking down in Orinda. Ended up being a very good day, thanks to Al Parnoff, the owner of All Area Towing. Phoned the Shell Service Station in Orinda, Kathy recommended we give Al a call. Glad we did, Al told us how long it would take to get to the broken down vehicle and kept us informed of progress. When Al arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem (damaged battery cable) and set about getting the car onto his flat bed towing truck. 10 minutes later we met him at the Shell garage and mechanic Nick set about repairing the damaged battery cable, within 30 minutes the problem was fixed. Al was an absolute delight to talk with, very knowlegable, helpful beyond belief, and his towing fee was very reasonable in my opinion. Also, big shout out to Kathy and Nick, also a delight to talk to, helpful and reasonable/fair repair cost. You may have noticed all my reviews to date on Yelp have been 5 star, this is deliberate. Life is too short to focus on that which does not make us happy. This is why I restrict my reviews to those things/places/services that make me happy and appreciate life. Sure, I have been to some really dreadful shops, hotels and restaurants etc., but, like I said, life is too short to spend time thinking and writing about them.

Al is epic and responded within 25 minutes for a tow from Dublin to Walnut Creek. He is very well versed in towing and is also hilarious at the same time!

Excellent! Came quickly and knowledgeable! Al is a funny guy! Nanny's prius driven into a ditch on Walnut Blvd in the dark, he got it out, checked it, made sure it was kk to drive. AAA said they would be there in 3 hrs, Al was there within 30 min!

My car wouldn't start on a Saturday and I had no idea what was wrong. Called a couple of towing companies but all I got was voicemail. Then I called All Area Towing and Al immediately answered. Al asked questions over the phone to diagnose the problem and showed up with within 1-1/2 hours. He quickly figured out the battery needed replacing and gave me a jump start. Al was incredibly nice, responsive, and had a good sense of humor. He even gave me tips on how much I should be paying for a battery replacement. I highly recommend All Area Towing!

Al was a life saver and a treat to ride with. Even AAA could not provide a better service in my time of need. Al really stepped up to save my day and got me home safely. AAA took nearly 3 hours and still were not able to give me an ETA. Al came within 20mins to pick up me and my car, then drove 92miles in the middle of the night to take me home. The long ride went by fast and Al kept a positive attitude the entire trip. If you're in a bind and need a tow, Al's the man to go!

Had starter issues with my motorcycle and did a quick search for "motorcycle towing". Gave AAT a call and spoke with Al (the owner) and scheduled a next day pickup and delivery. Al is the truest definition of a business owner who literally puts the personal touch on his service as he is the one that handles most pickups for AAT. He is super-experienced in the industry and has handled everything from regular sedans to foreign super cars and show-level classics. Pickup and delivery of my bike was completed within 30mins (within Contra Costa County) and his pricing is great. A true value. Thanks Al!

A woman accidentally got locked out of her car in our neighborhood, and Al was kind enough to personally offer to come out even though he technically wasn't working that night. Even though the woman found another way to unlock her door, Al even gave me a call back to check up. Thank you Al for being so kind and generous with your time. I imagine that you get many calls in all hours of the night from people who find themselves in trouble. I'm grateful that there are souls like you that are truly helpful. I have your number now on my saved contacts and will be happily referring you to anyone who may need your services.

Had to get my car towed today for the first time and was extremely nervous about it, but thank goodness I called Al with All Area Towing! Al was very prompt in getting the job done. He also went above & beyond by taking the time to help me trouble shoot with what the issue may be with my car. A true professional! Obviously, I'd hope not to have this happen again but if ever it does, Al is the first person I'd call!
