Wi-Fi is impossible to log into and they keep trying to force you to join Hilton honors. Had to use own hotspots.We were charged $30/day for parking. No upfront notice on that.Happy hour was a joke. No food replenished. Cocktails were fine but beer was Budweiser (really) eewwww.Bed as comfy as those in a shelter. Not enough shower products.Staff was nice and breakfast was great.

The account manager at this site is very rude to others. He holds animosity towards whomever he dislikes for no real reason. which is very unprofessional to his position. He is very bias and untrustworthy when it’s another demographic of race. If I could give it no stars I would. The management is very poor taste .

I feel sorry for anybody who has to put up with management at this place. Specifically, the account manager who behavior towards people is just appalling. I hope more people speak out about the mistreatment of others and I hope they can bring in some legitimate managers in their place.

IT CONSIST OF TWO TEN FLOORS CLASS A TWIN BUILDINGS AND SIX GARAGE LEVELS OF PARKING. IT IS THE NORTHERN CALIFORNIA NEVADA AND UTAH HEADQUARTERS FOR AAA, UBS , WELLS FARGO AND CALIFORNIA BANK. IT IS OWNED BY METLIFE AND MANAGED BY CBRE, THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT STAFF IS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND THE SECURITY STAFF EMPLOYED BY ALLIED UNIVERSAL IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, THE ONE SECURITY GUARD WHO WORKS THE SWING SHIFT MONDAY THRU FRIDAY IS THE BEST SECURITY PROFESSIONAL IN THE WORLD.

ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH TRIPLE A Oakland. Highly recommend that if someone from this insurance causes damage to your vehicle, you settle it through your insurance! Two months later and my vehicle has not yet been fixed. It took about two weeks for my vehicle to be dropped off at the body shop of my choice because the vehicle had "fell through the cracks of the system" and after it was dropped of, they did not provide my information or their own information until i called back to see what was going on. I pretty much much had to do all the calling to make sure my car was getting fixed. The representative assigned to my case, Sam Sun, Showed the least amount of interest in helping me and would not reply to my voicemails until I called his manager a couple times. After a month and a half later, The car finally came out from the body shop and I took the car to the dealership and a service agent found broken motor mounts consistent with a hard rear-end but Sam took it to himself to go inspect it himself and lie to me that he talked to the service agent that diagnosed my car and found "No damage consistent with the accident" but turns out i called the service agent and he was not in that day. after all this they have turned me down for help and I remain carless because i was unlucky to get rear-ended by a individual with this uninterested greedy insurance. Really Really disgusted by this service and Strongly recommend staying away from this insurance.
