Went into pay my auto insurance bill by check. Was told by rep it would be processed electronically. 2 weeks later I received a threatening letter claiming that my payment was declined by the bank and I may have my policy cancelled. Checked w bank and check had never been presented to them, never declined and no reason to be declined.Found out thru calling AAA the routing number was put in incorrectly by office rep resulting in all this. Employee is incompetent and can’t do her job correctly resulting possible cancellation of my policy that I’ve had for 38 years. People can’t do their freaking job! Reported by Dans wife

While I wish that the Customer Service number offered a category that addressed DMV appointments and DMV scheduling tech problems, etc., I was lucky enough to talk with Lisa Horton at this branch, who listened attentively, checked things out, and reassured me that everything was in order. Good people make a difference. This will be my Triple AAA office from now on.

Best experience ever at a Aaa office! Lisa at the front desk greeted me warmly and checked me in. A very nice man assisted me with my car registration payment. What was the most impressive part was the entire staff seemed genuinely happy to work there and it shows! Thanks Aaa for making a routine trip result in a surprise warm and happy event!

Went here to get passport photos and $30 later I was off to get my passport. Later when I went to USPS they said the face was too large and were rejected. So off I went back to AAA to get my refund. Well after some uncomfortable conversations they told me they’d mail me check and it would be 2-3 weeks!? I then asked for a receipt and the lady said she couldn’t provide one but she would always be there if I needed anything. I asked what if you got hit by car. She kindly stated she wouldn’t. So I took a photo of her as evidence. ?

I'm a disabled veteran and I was rear-ended by a AAA insured driver. There was $31k in damage to my new truck. I was injured in the collision. The AAA adjuster, BreAnna Lambert, has been terrible in all aspects of her job other than protecting AAA. We have reached a settlement, which has been ongoing since May 2023, and now she is refusing to contact me since we reached a settlement. I just went through watching my mother die from cancer in December and I advised her of this and she and AAA don't care. They are inhumane. I've been crashed into by AAA clients on 2 prior occasions and never had issues. This leads me to believe BreAnna is heartless or AAA also doesn't stand by the law and morality. Switch your insurance! We dropped our home insurance with AAA due to this.

I never received my Registration sticker from the DMV after months of waiting so I called the AAA office and went there on my lunch break. It only took about 10 minutes. I walked out with my sticker, and still had time to grab lunch. Definitely using their services next time!
