Great service! Angela helped schedule my appointment so that the windshield would be ready for driving before we headed out on a road trip. The technician arrived on time and finished up with time to spare.

I couldn't have been more impressed with A+ glass. From Angela's prompt response, appointment set-up, and follow-up to Chris's professional install. Having done business with several other auto glass companies in the past, A+ Glass is definitely at the top of my list and will be the only business I call in the future for any auto glass needs.

Excellent service! Unbelievable response times, all exactly as they said. I contacted AAA insurance. I have glass protection on my windshield. They referred me to a couple of vendors. I chose the A+ auto glass in Mountain View to come to my work and install the glass. on 12/17, AAA transferred me to A+ glass and scheduled me for service the next day, today. They said they would be here between 12 and 3 pm, they arrived at 1:15 pm and started to work on it. In about 40 minutes they were completed and done. Edwin did an amazing job, Angela was the front line on the phone and was kind and professional when setting up the appointment. Seamless, professional, and quality. This is a 2 part review, updated at the bottom with the outcome of my situation. I scheduled a window repair with A+ (after shopping round and talking to many repair shops) a week ago. They were the lowest estimate in town, and with stellar reviews I was looking forward to getting my window replaced. Unfortunately, as I sat in my living room watching the clock tick by from 7 am to 9 am, which was my originally scheduled time frame for repair, no one showed up or called. So, I called A+, and my call was immediatwas sent to voicemail. When I received a call back 15 minutes later I was told that there was some "miscommunication" between the dispatch and their repair person in the field. I was told that he was currently "taking care of Ferraris" and wouldn't make it out to my location on my scheduled day. I rescheduled my appointment for Thursday morning. I will update when the repair has been completed. On this same day, I was called by the company and was given $50 off of my bill due to their error. Glass replacement completed! Chris arrived within the time frame, was very kind and professional and fixed my window in about 30 minutes. Glad looks great, I was given a recommendation of a local shop to get my tinting done. My recommendation would be to call the night before to confirm your appointment so you aren't caught waiting around. But overall they seems trustworthy and a respectable company.

Very impressed with A+ Auto Glass! Staff are super friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment to replace my car's windshield the next day. I love that they're mobile and completed the work at my house. The technician, JR, gave us a call when he was on his way which we appreciated. He arrived on time, was very nice, and got the job done quickly. We're hoping we won't have to replace more of our car glass anytime soon, but if we do, we will definitely use A+ Auto Glass.

I can't say enough fabulous things about A+ Auto Glass. Our vehicle got broken into while my hubby was at work in SF. He had to drive home with shattered glass all inside the car. I reached out to A+ Auto Glass on FB after hours and got an immediate response. I was happy to find out that they had a tech in my area that could come to my house the very next day so that our car could be ready for my hubby to go back to work later that afternoon. The workmanship was perfect, the price was super reasonable (it ended up being less than others I checked out after the fact) and the best part was that the tech cleaned up all the broken glass. They made the entire process so easy and painless despite the circumstances.
