The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I come in frequently because I work nearby and the employees are constantly rude and always are acting like they hate their jobs, they shouldn’t make it the customers problem. Today I tried to buy a bag of chips and I used the app to pay for it. I showed the employees over and over again the receipt and the purchase history but they continued to insist that I didn’t buy anything suggesting that I was trying to steal it. Completely ridiculous that a 30 second transaction took 20 minutes and I never got my food in the end and they kept the money. I’ve tried to call customer service and I’ve been on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer

For days on days, Karen and the Hindi person refused to accept my 711 pay wallet. The Hindi person even cussed at me in Hindi. When I confronted the incompetent store manager Rony, he apologized and said he would train his staff on basic cashier functions instead of his usual routine of sitting in the back. When i complained about being cussed at in Hindi, Rony replied that his guy didn't know english!!! Logic here. If I don't understand Hindi, don't speak it to me. But I can tell when someone is being derogatory. I then stated that Eric was his best employee by far. Rony replied Eric is not even my fourth best employee.

Came to buy diet Coke and ice cream Oreo for my son. No diet Coke can in stock. No Oreo ice cream as well. Had to pick up other options. Please take care of inventory. Should be basic in seven eleven. The service was fine.

Avoid this store at all costs. I've been going there for years. I signed up for the app and had some points. I redeemed a free small coffee reward at the app and scanned it at the register, per the app's instructions. The Asian American lady told me I owed her money even though the app said I get a free coffee. I explained it should be free through the app. Then a middle eastern or Indian clerk replaced her. He started aggressively staring me down and rudely calling me "bro." He told me the app wasn't his problem and I was not getting the coffee. Then he took it away and walked away. I am taking my money elsewhere.

The sales clerks are always nice and most of us go in to 7/11 want something fast and low priced with no drama thats what i get.

Was not in my local area and the store was clean, workers were polite, too. My grip was the price of a half gal.ice-cream $8.99!. I'll go again love my slurpees...

***DO NOT SHOP HERE***This place is absolute trash and will take as much money as they possibly can from you, to the point of not even accepting MANUFACTURER COUPONS.I went to buy some Camel smokes and had a $3.50 off coupon. This store was on their list so I selected this store and asked for two packs(to get the best deal.)Well, that was a mistake because the cashier said they don’t accept manufacturer coupons (even though EVERY 7/11 ACCEPTS THESE) and brought his severely unqualified “manager” Eric to the front to corroborate his story, spouting some b/s about the owner Maritzia saying they can’t take them. That’s total bull. They’re SUPPOSED to accept them.I will never EVER give this store another dime of my money and will be notifying 7/11 corporate about this because this is NOT how 7/11 is supposed to operate.ZERO STARS. THIS PLACE IS TRASH.

Good news!! If you are into humiliation and/or degradation then you can get it for free here! No dominant or $300 needed. ??There was one person in line- late at night- which i offered to let in front of me. The woman behind the counter started yelling at me 'cause i took all of 10 seconds to feed them my credit card. Called me names then said there were "other people in line"(i looked over and the sole gentleman waiting said he had no issues and to take my time- thank you!)... i have seen them completely ingnore me while gabbing away with the person in front of me for a couple of minutes before so what is different about me? Race? No permanent makeup? My skin too....?You should be utterly ashamed.An earlier review said "put yourself in their shoes"...well i don't have to- i am in the service industry and have NEVER EVER TREATED PEOPLE LIKE THIS. Not even when they have been rude.And i Am kind. This is taken for weakness here.i call BS!!!They just keep getting worse.It is beyond me why you would curse me out (don't assume i cannot speak another language lady- gotcha!!) and then TELL me to put my basket away- which over the last years i have never seen them ask of anyone else....Never going back.Walnut Creek (or the Water Closet ?) at its best!! Cannot wait to leave here. ?

Went in to buy ice-cream at 12:00 am because I figured only 7/11 will be open. I found the ice-cream I liked, on sale 2 for $8. When I paid it came out to be much more. I told the guy behind the counter that the sign said 2 for $8. He literally said, "That price is wrong." I was lost for words with that response. He had no apologies for the false advertisement and was too busy on a personal call with his headphones in his ears to verify the correct price that is clearly displayed on the freezer door. I didn't want to explain a well established business principle that if a price is being advertised it must be honored. If I didn't feel embarrassed in front of my date I would have explained how he had to honor the price advertised. I paid the extra money and left. Nothing against the store clerk personally but this isn't the customer service I had come to expect from that 7/11 location which I live close by and visit frequently. Management please be advised at this customer's dissatisfaction. For those few dollars that you got over on me, you lost out on the many more years of purchases I would have made. Thank you.

I find that all the people that work there are absolutely TOPS! However, there is a terrible stocking problem. I have to go to other stores to get what I need. This happens all the time! I am a frequent customer, and I am always treated well. I just get frustrated that I am always having to go somewhere else for what I need.

I am just not happy that if I go in late at night, for example between 11:30pm and 1am, the clerk is not wearing a mask. I don't feel safe going here if there are employee who are not following safety protocol.

Beside on these days it’s a great store and employees.But certain days when the night shift employee is working there.They never have fresh coffee or they don’t make any new coffee.I guess he is to busy watching YouTube . Instead of workingEspecially when the sign says fresh coffee or it’s free.I’ve asked each time about that the coffee isn’t fresh . It should be free. But he ignores me .I don’t mind paying for the coffee but don’t like getting ignore when im asking a question.I repeated my self 3 times . And it’s happened a few times. I’ve been going to this store for over 15 years .and shop there multiple times a day.You know the coffee isn’t fresh when it’s just warm.I will avoid going there when he is working those hours .
