Walnut Creek 24 Hrs fitness has a great ambiance, its clean, bright and equipments are all well organized. Staffs are all super friendly and nice. And Marcella my trainer is awesome.

I walked in the gym today 8/12/24 with a 3 day pass that I used yesterday as well. My current gym is too crowded and this gym is closer to my home and I wanted to test out the busy times before signing up for a membership. Yesterday the staff was great friendly welcoming and energetic. Today the female with long black hair working the front desk at 640pm was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes after her co worker asked her to check me in with my pass and walked away with my drivers license without even acknowledging me. I left but I’ll call and speak to the manager of the location because I won’t let one persons bad day ruin my experience.

Do you like waiting for equipment like bench press or a squat rack for 15 mins or more on a weekday night? Gym is nice now that it is refurbished but I would rather go to a less furnished one and workout vs sit around waiting. This is not a good experience and people are often disrespectful about hogging space. Parking is also a nightmare. While they were refurbishing and the gym was closed it was 1/3 full due to Chick-fil-A patrons.

There must be a lot of security since a lot of people are coming in who don't even have a membership, they have been hit several times and there is no certain control or security.
There must be at least someone for security and more control over who they let people in.

Overall it’s a great gym, short ride from my house. Thing is there’s too many homeless people in the gym or either parking overnight when there’s a sign that clearly says “no overnight parking”. It wasn’t like this 7 years ago when I first started. Please make improvements!

Good Gym, the maintenance staff does an amazing job with the upkeep.The one big complaint I have is with the parking. But other than that great club!

6/2024 Update, nothing to brag about. Machines moved around, new treadmills, stairmasters horrible, women's bathroom still disgusting.
They don't reinforse parking so good luck! Patking area full of disgusting garbage from customers eating Chick Fillet. And homeless peeps
Pay for membership but no parking no workout.
BTW, 24 allows homeless to shower GROSS!

On Tuesday June 18 2024, this located don't have Hot water on all Showers, bathroom sinks and others. The water was very cold as I've water. I got to Shower very Cold water after Spa, Sauna room, steam room; it's very bad??

The club overall is good, I appreciate the upgrades as I've been a member here for over 8 years. The biggest issue is the homeless encampment/squatters in the parking lot. There are easily over 20 cars, mainly Toyota Prius cars with people sleeping in their cars daily. This is a health and safety concern. Yes, I've contacted my local team as well as submitted multiple feedback forms on the 24 hr website in the last 2 months. No response and nothing has been addressed. As a paying member, these parking spots should be available to gym members. It's pretty simple. Be better 24 hr fitness!
