I'm giving it 5 stars because everyone that works there is very knowledgeable. I don't always buy from Best Buy because they don't always have the best price but this time I did. I usually go there to get info but I had visited the Samsung booth for some info on my old phone and they had a special going and I ended up buying a new Galaxy S9+ with $300 off. Verizon only offered me 30 bucks for my phone my Best Buy was able to qualify me for an upgrade so I was quite happy about that and I'm loving my new phone. I'm not a fan of the $30 restocking fee if you return something but I understand.

Worst Best Buy I’ve been to came in to try to get a usb to micro usb cable and was pointed in two different directions from employees. They have a guy standing at the front and he doesn’t help at all. I went to Target and bought my cable there. Got assistance right away in and out in under 10 minutes. It’s ridiculous that something like a usb cable is hard to purchase at an electronics store.

It is June 18 , 2024. @ 5:17 pm. I brought my problematic Samsung mobile phone into the same best buy that I bought it from. I approached the same middle of the store cell phone counter that I bought my Samsung mobile from and asked Ralph he was wearing a gray "Samsung" long sleeve hoody.
Ralph actively hides his name behind the Samsung shirts and hoodys even though he DOES NOT work for Samsung. I think Ralph wears the Samsung hoody so when he gets a bad review he will be confused with Raul. If he could help me with my phone. He rudely said to me
"we don't charge customer phones". Which is a total lie. I saw him charging another customer phone. Zero stars for poor customer service experience with Ralph. Ralph is arrogant and narcissistic. A male employee hiding his real name behind a Samsung hoody wearing a gray "Samsung" long sleeved hoodie saying to a Samsung mobile phone customer "we don't charge customer phones". Is the epitome of terrible customer service. Shame on samsung and best buy.
Best buy should fire Ralph. Not only is he dishonest, he is rude to customers and a bad employee. Ralph gives best buy a bad name.

We had a problem with our son's phone. The SIM cards were no longer recognized. Edwin from the service desk got the phone working again via a certain reset procedure. He could also have sold us a new phone. This is how service should be. This is what keeps customers coming back. 5 stars for Edwin!

They didn't have what I needed (wall-mounted cord cover). They also seemed to have a lot of employees, but no one offered me any help as I walked in circles.

Excellent electronics store. There is a lot of variety of products and brands. There's always a promotion. There is parking nearby.

They weren't able to unlock my phone/get back in it but the geek squad employee did try everything. (I had a unique problem with my phone) However the customer service center and geek squad were super helpful.
