Really bad service, They answer phone calls and don't even respond ! I've been calling more than 10 times!Made an appointment and they called me 1hour later! Also I had a previous appointment had me waiting for 1 whole hour ! All so they can just pickup and not respond ?!

Called four times. Left a voicemail the first time I called, as they were on lunch. Totally fine, however no one actually responded to my call. Second time, kept ringing with no answer and it automatically hung up. Third time, rang for a good minute and then seemed like it was answered, only for there to be no one on the line. Fourth time, rang once and then did exactly what happened the time before. This is rather ridiculous and unprofessional, considering the fact they are working to help women, infants and children—you’d imagine they would care enough to actually answer their phones. Don’t bother, they probably won’t answer you anyway.

What a horrible experience! Not foster parent friendly! When we walked in the young lady at the front didn’t even acknowledge us. Being our first time ever enrolling at WIC it was very sour experience. When we approached the front desk again the same young lady didn’t even look at us, when I explained we where new she pointed at the computers with out an explanation. When she finally called us up again rude attitude, the second lady who came up again rude. Anyways couldn’t handle the attitude ended up driving 30 mins to a North County Health Services WIC office and Oh my what a total change! Super friendly from the start, they where properly educated on how to handle foster infant situations!
