Nice walk up kiosk ATM between gas station and Pizza & Pasta restaurant. There is also a branch on the north side of this same mall.

3 stars for good service 1st visit. Teller saw me right away and helped. -2 stars for bad visit today.. wanted to get a simple change of adress and a bank statement print out. The place was empty but the told me I'd have to have an appointment for a banker to meet with me the next day. I did the same thing at sdccu my other bank in and out in 10 min. I recomed using another branch.

Stop hiding behind Covid...face it...you're using it as an excuse to force 20+ year customers to make "an appointment" weeks out. You're making billions and can't afford to hire more people within branches? Venmo and others are of more value than your greedy corporation. I'm done

Line out the door on a Friday afternoon. Only 2 tellers! Yet there was one "banker" standing just watching the line and a "service manager" and other employee in the back, peeking out every now and then. Absolutely unacceptable!

I've been going to this bank for years, and after the last trip I thought my feedback would be appreciated. I went to this location about two weeks ago to open up my very first business account. Lupita, the manager sat down with me to find out exactly what kind of business account I wanted to open. I was super confused, I didn't know there's different types of business accounts! Lol. Anyway, Lupita was amazing.. not only was she informative, but she was patient, kind, down to earth and just all around real. I've been a customer with Wells Fargo for many many years, and I've never had such a pleasant interaction with an employee as I did two weeks ago! Ps: Lupita deserves a raise ;-)

What a looser! Alicia was the new accounts agent and I was stuck to deal with her. Alicia was obnoxious and assertive, and wrong. As I pressed her for specifics, she verified her errors with "they are now telling me something else. "They". After 40 minutes of this nonsense, this millennial trainee started studying the 30 year old corporate documents with remarks "how interesting", then she questioned my 20 years old divorce court papers. Can you believe my patience? I had enough, picked up all I brought with me and left. I think everybody would be happier if Alicia got her former McDonalds manager job back. This is how big brands fail and ..... small brands succeed!
