“I've been going to this bank for years, and after the last trip I thought my feedback would be appreciated. I went to this location about two weeks ago to open up my very first business account. Lupita, the manager sat down with me to find out exactly what kind of business account I wanted to open. I was super confused, I didn't know there's different types of business accounts! Lol. Anyway, Lupita was amazing.. not only was she informative, but she was patient, kind, down to earth and just all around real. I've been a customer with Wells Fargo for many many years, and I've never had such a pleasant interaction with an employee as I did two weeks ago! Ps: Lupita deserves a raise ;-)”

“Although I regret opening my checking account and my car loan with SdCcU and would not recommend the bank institution itself due to their lack of telephone customer service (you will never be able to get through) and their hours of non service. I have to give this branch stars for its efforts and customer appreciation. They went above and beyond when I needed a balance for the past 4months I didn't want pertinente info relating to my account just the balance i could show to the courts and they went above and beyond to provide it for me. In addition they also have waived a statement print out in the past. In k ow this is big with SDCCU as they owe y pinch every customer and that is one of many reasons I would not recommend doing business. But this branch has been here for me when I have needed them and I appreciate their help.”

I ran into all kinds of bullsh## because i had forgotten passwords, special security questions etc. However, Renee Balcom & Branch Manager Dustin Duris really made my life easier with their professionalism sense of humor and overall attitude that i really wished i got at other establishments. I could tell that Mr. Duris was a little worn out from whatever he delt with that day but noticed how he still maintained great service. As i said before great attitude from the both of them. “Tanya, the pharmacist, is genuinely interested in her patients, is friendly NS professional. She goes above and beyond to find the correct drug company who make something you need, gives very kind counseling for a new drug and follows through. The gal at the drive-through was very helpful. Just have patience, but it beats going inside. Their reminder and auto-refill reminder work great once you sign up. Appreciate all the people here. Thank you.”

“I almost never rate banks but I have been anti-BofA for a LONG time due to a very bad past experience with an account. I had to go into this branch to help a friend resolve an issue they were having. I was actually surprised at how I was immediately greeted and qualified for what I needed help with, then matched with the correct banker to handle the issue. In the end, they were not able to assist as it all must be handled through a special department in another state, but they did explain the reasoning behind the security and why they couldn't help, as well as offered suggestions for how to proceed. I actually learned a lot about how banks and their credit card departments interact and why problems have to be resolved differently between those types of accounts. If I am in the market for a new bank, I will actually consider B of A again.”
