I have been a spark diver for over 2 years making a descent income and now Walmart is gives new drivers priority and leaves older drivers behind. giving terrible offers. You should be ashamed and embarrassed.

I brought my car to have a dead battery replaced. The technician (Danoosh) that helped me was outstanding. He explained in detail all of the battery options available for my car. He replaced the battery very quickly and made sure it was secure and that it worked. He also offered to check my tire pressure because he noticed the check tire light was illuminated. I've had many cars serviced for more than 45 years and have never had a better technician who exhibited this level of sincerity, detail, honesty, and willing to do whatever he needed to make sure i was happy. I highly recommend anyone that needs their car serviced to bring it to this walmart and ask for Danoosh.

I am a instacart shopper and have been for almost 2 years. I started coming to this Walmart about a year ago and have really come to enjoy the people who work here. Martin, Brian, Bobby and Erik have all been so kind to me. Anytime I need help in produce Martin is always there. He's probably one of your best employees who always greets me with a smile. I won't go anywhere else!

If you don't like your job probably shouldn't be working in customer service! You can tell who's unhappy w their lives working at Walmart. @ Avalia Although she doesn't card for alcohol so go to her! Got champagne and she didn't card, good thing we weren't inspectors or anything

Sadly this place is no super center, besides the super space, their stuffs were lackluster, toys were missing pieces were stolen or opened, their entire hot food displays were empty, no rotisserie or pop corn chicken, just a blank display, I went to the deli hoping to get some food, but everything there also felt very old and small, not sure today they cooked more food or not, hmmm. The toy department was disappointing as well, they have stuffs dated like 2 years ago with Marvel Doctor Strange, I don't think they did restock for a while.

If i could give zero stars i would. I took my item for return and a screen shot of my order number to Walmart on University, in Vista. When presented to the returns clerk, she tried to use her casiers gun, used to reflect info from item bar code. There was no bar code. She and two of her associates said, ''we don't do screen shots.'' Thankfully 'one' other associate came to my aid. She, like any other time i have returned items, used the order number and completed the transaction. There are several ploys here. There is rudness, sloth or just uninformed. I believe this was rudness. I don't like the mission of these employees and would caution Walmart to be careful with their hiering choices and keep a watch on their attitudes and practices. Its sad to see this kind of behavior in customer service.

Ok then BEWARE OF VERIZON COUNTER:a kid by the name IRVING is scamming people to ruin your credit.he has two accomplishes running around wal mart asking good people to run your credit. well i did that but he was taking to long and he had no clue what he was doing.So i said to him void my info , he said cool and i left . Well he didnt as soon as i left he gave a phone to his crony partner in crime. Long story short i went back to that little basterd and gave him a chance to make it right and as im walking towards him one of his partners approached me and said the same line used on me. I contacted both companys managers and told them my delima.Wal mart didnt even ask me who and blew me off ,and Verizon the same .Ive spent over 20 hrs between phone calls and bus fare and got nowhere. It amazes me how these giant companys can get away with this so next is news and , police then better business buero so wal mart and verizon IM NOT DONE WITH YOU YET IM JUST GETTING STARTED.SO EVERYONE WITH A BRAIN AVOID WAL MART AND THEIR VERIZON COUNTER SALES ,NOT TO MENTION IF I DID ACCEPT THE PHONE HOW DOES 1,241 BUCKS FOR 2 MONTHS SOUND SOUNDS LIKE A BURN TO ME !

The next time a cashier takes her frustration out on my food will have it thrown back at her!!! If your people don't like working there, TELL THEM TO LEAVE!!!!! CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON THEY HAVE A JOB!!! DO THEY NOT REALIZE THAT??? I come to this store because it is close, it won't take much more for me to go else where!!!!! FIX YOUR STORE!!!!!

Curbside pickup here is an absolute joke. Got messaged at 2:59pm that my order (2 items already paid 300$ for) was ready. I got here and checked in by 3:05. It is currently 4:56 and still I have been told that they don't have any of the items pulled and to rig wait in the car. Consistent delay time between coming out and helping then going in to be gone for 5-10 minutes before coming out again. Again. It's been an hour. I have 2 items. And got told to go back to my car and they'll have it when they have it. Great job, guys. You wasted my time.Oh also, tried to call over and over and it keeps getting forwarded after ringing. And honestly. This can be fixed with a notification saying there's delay and new eta is whatever. But you can have people waiting for 2-3 hours.

I just had over $300 worth of stuff in my cart and I went to check out there was no checkout lines open. I was informed that I can go to self check out. I don't work here. Why would I go to self check out? Thanks to self check out the employees feel entitled and feel as though they should not have to work, I guess I should apply at Walmart so I can get paid to do nothing

I went to Walmart to get my ribbons and letter stencils and paper to make the letters. I had an amazing person by the name Nicole ask if I needed help. She was very helpful. I ended up getting everything I needed but ended up coming back the next day to get more ribbon. The silver ribbons were nowhere to be found as Nicole remembered me and helped me find two ribbons. She went up and beyond to make sure she found the ribbons. She definitely needs a raise and a promotion cause I have never had such an amazing customer service like what Nicole gave at a Walmart before. Thank you, Nicole !!!!

Staff giving me a hard time about a price on an item. I explained that the item was marked on sale and should be a specific price. She said she didn't have anyone to go look. I said I will go back and take a picture. She said I could not do that. After arguing for ten minutes she finally found a young man to go look. He came back and said, you did better. The price is lower than what you said it was. If you mark a price on the shelf, then make sure you mark the item too. Walmart has a bad habit of mismarking items and customers don't check. It all adds up. You may not think ten or twenty five cents should make a difference but if a hundred people don't question it they are raking in the money at the end of the week. And that girl should have gone and look. It was an aisle close by. Lazy staff. I see mixed reviews here so I guess it depends when you go in. Visit 1-24-23

For the last several years, I declined shopping at Walmart because they were not willing to adequately compensate their employees, and perhaps as a result, many of their employees were not very helpful - particularly the older ones. I also never felt quite safe at the stores - almost a culture shock shopping there. But since, I've found that Walmart is definitely the superstore for online orders. Not only are there products difficult to find elsewhere, but they have the lowest prices, as well. Free and fast delivery, also. Even if I order after midnight, most items arrive at my doorstep later that same day! Have no idea how they do it. The status of the orders are continually reported via email, including any rare delay in delivery. I would, however, recommend caution with 3rd party vendors, as their delivery costs can be quite high. So, although I won't step foot in a Walmart store, all in all, their online delivery service can't be beat.
